We all know that life is not a straight line. There are ups and downs. At one point in life, we have to accept reality and learn to cope with it. During tough times, some get other people’s support. But some don’t get it. But, in mental health sufferers, someone rarely gets support from others. A helping hand and a person who fills their mind with hope. We never get an assurance from the other side that “ I am there for you. Share your feelings openly with me. I will not criticize or mock at it ". We would be waiting to hear those words from our beloved family members or friends. But, we cannot get help from the other side in most cases because they cannot understand what we go through. We cannot blame them. They have not experienced it. That’s why they do not understand what we feel.
In such cases, we will have to fight alone with this disease. We will have to stop expecting understanding from other people. If we know that they will not understand what we are going through, then if we still keep on expecting, it’s going to harm us, not them. If we are alone, then accepting that we are alone on the battlefield and realizing that now, you will have to fight stronger than before is very important.
We should learn to help ourselves. We should learn to accept reality. Being alone is not a problem. If you have the courage to bounce back, whether you are alone or not, it doesn’t matter. If you don’t have courage and self-belief, no matter how many people are there with you, it is not relevant.
If you are alone in this world, still you have the powerful “you” within you. You are powerful. Your mind gives false messages to your brain that you are incapable; you cannot help yourself.
Now, days are not like before. There are many resources available online to improve your mental health. The majority of them are free. We should have patience and trust ourselves that we can do it for sure. You should have faith in yourself that you will recover from everything one day. Good days are waiting for you. This time too shall pass.
Change small habits. You will see improvements gradually.

It's almost impossible that without struggles, we can attain success. Same way, now this mental health battle is also a struggle. It is something that is inside your mind, and it is invisible to others.
It will help if you believe in yourself. The more you believe that you have the power to fight with it, the faster you will recover.
