2# Opt for loose and comfortable hairstyles. Skip the hairstyle that creates tension in your hair follicles. For example; Tight ponytails and chignons and straps.
3# Avoid layered cuts, as these create a misunderstanding of the high spirits.
4# Do not use large heated hairstyling tools, e.g. Tongs and straightening irons, as these can cause stretching and breakage of the hair.
5# Use wigs and hair extensions, or wear hats, scarves and funky jewelry to deflect attention from your hair.
6# Ask your barber to monitor your hair growth, but don't obsess over it.
7# Stress is a major cause of hair problem. Try to stay positive.
