Thoughts of fear are a state of mind in which everything is reflected in blue mirrors - where everything seems to bring a sense of futility - the goal of thinking "I can not", as compared to the "I Can and I" attitude. in it. It's a fly in the ointment - a spider in a cup of Life wine.
So far as we know, the first person to use the word "Fear-Caught" - now commonly used - was Horace Fletcher, a well-known author, who coined to remove the use of the word "Worry" from. some idea. He pointed out that Anger and Worry are two major obstacles to a balanced, progressive, and progressive mindset, but many have misunderstood him and urged that eliminating Anxiety means to stop thinking about the future - a lack of the same wisdom to think ahead.
So Fletcher coined the term "Fear-Caught" to express the category of his theory "Forethought without Worry," and called his second book, "Happiness, as in the Forethought minus Fear-Thought," very much so. a delightful manifestation of a very happy vision.
Fletcher was also the first to promote the idea that Fear was not an object in itself, but simply a manifestation of Fear - Thinking - a manifestation of a state of mind known as Fear-Thinking. He and others who have written about this topic have taught that fear can be eradicated by the practice of eliminating Fear-Thought in the mind - by driving it out of the mental room - and leading educators have taught it the best way to drive. exit Fear (or any other unpleasant attitude) was to cultivate the idea of the wrong mental quality by forcing the mind to focus on the mental image of the desired quality, as well as the appropriate automatic suggestions.
This metaphor often refers to the process of dispelling the darkness in a room, not by simply shoveling it out, but by throwing the shutters open and letting the sunlight in, and that is the best way to allay your fears.
The psychological process has been aptly referred to as “tremors,” a figure that is fully guaranteed in modern science. Then, by increasing the vibration to the Fine tone, negative vibration can be continued. By cultivating the qualities recommended in other lessons in this book, Fear of Thinking can be reduced. Fear Poison- The thought is subtle and subtle, but it slowly enters the veins until it paralyzes all the useful efforts and action until the heart and brain are affected and find it difficult to get rid of it. Fear-Thought is subject to many failures and "decline" in life.
As long as one maintains courage and self-confidence, he can stand on his own two feet after each stumbling block, and face the enemy firmly - but let him experience the effects of Fear-Caught in such a way that he can throw it. and he will not be able to rise and perish. “There is nothing to be afraid of but fear,” it has rightly been saying.
We have talked elsewhere about the Law of Attraction, which works in a way to attract us, what we desire. But there is the opposite - it is a wrong law that will not work in both ways. Fear will trigger the Law of Attraction and Desire. Just as Desire attracts to another the things that he imagines in his mind as desirable, so also the fear will draw to him something that is symbolized in his mind as the Fearless Thing. "Something I was afraid of happened to me." And the reason is very simple, and the obvious contradiction disappears when we examine this subject.
What pattern does the Attraction Law build on under the power of Desire? Mental Image, of course. And so it is with the story of Fear - a person carries an Imagination or a painful image of a Dreaded Thing, and the Law of Attraction brings it to him just as it brings to the Desire. Have you ever stopped and thought that Fear was the negative pole of Desire? The same rules apply in both cases.
So avoid Fear-Caught as you would make a poisonous structure that you know can cause your blood to darken and thicken, and your breathing can be hard. It’s a bad thing, and you shouldn’t rest on the content until you get it out of your mental system.
You can remove it with Desire and Will, along with the capture of the Mental Image of Fearlessness. Drive it with the opposite cultivation. Change your polarity. Raise your mental vibrations. Someone has said, “There is no Devil but Fear” —and then you bring that Devil back to the place where he lives because if you bring him in with a spirit of hospitality he will make your heaven hell so that he will feel at home. Use the Big Stick in his mind.
