Newborn babies just love to be touched and cuddled. Touching the skin to the skin helps you and your baby bond, comforting your baby when he or she is upset or uncomfortable with gas or colic problems. Therefore, touch is an important part of growth and development. Massage lashes used for adults are quite different from lashes that should be used on newborns. You can get used to adult lashes to massage your baby. Just make sure your lashes are easy on them. When they are young, they are very weak and have fewer strokes. It is best to take your baby on your lap or lay him on any soft surface as a few thick towels are wrapped around him. Be very gentle while massaging. If your child cries or does not like you, stop stroking him until he is relieved of everything. Steps to massage the front of the body - Lay the baby on the back. Do the same with the other arm. - Take one leg at a time. Do a gentle wring or press the leg and pat the bottom of the leg. Do the same with the other arm. Hold the foot firmly between your hands for a few seconds. Repeat the same by massaging the back of one leg. Finally, turn the child over and massage him one last time with two lashes. Start from one foot up to the leg, across the lower abdomen and down the other leg. Make small strokes from the top of the head to the feet. To massage a child with gas or digestive problems, use the "I love you" method. - Lay the baby on your back and remove it completely or leave a nappy. - Use two or three fingers of your right hand to trace the letters "I" on the right side of the abdomen with a gentle, but firm movement. - Next, tap slightly from left to right across the baby's abdomen and then gently tap down on the right side of his abdomen to form the āLā letters facing downwards. - Finally, tap from the left side of your baby's hip to the left side of the abdomen, cut the baby's body from left to right horizontally along the abdomen and finish by stroking the right side in the same way, making the "U" alphabet face down.
