What kind of business may be in the beginning it should go from many kinds of challenges the founder or the owner responsibility is that to face and solve the challenges?  For run the business it doesn’t require any kind of degree or magic, it requires practical skills and decision-making. But some owners will be in situation that they can’t perform any task or decision in  the  reality or can’t run the business efficiently some of the factors also will affect him or her for doing anything like what kind of business is their  idea or product, control staff or pick right person, financial independent, legal work, life lesion let's discuss these points let's begin from first point

 Very person have an idea but many of them will not work on it or just ignore it,  but few persons will start to work on it because of their situation or last option left them to survive. Next, choose the location where the business can be run.

  For running any business in any country requires legal documentation like registration of business, tax related work. One advice from my side I  can give is to keep a lawyer as a friend from his or her beginning of lawyer carrier further which will become the strongest legal key to your business.

 Financial Independent 

  In reality means clear all the loans which you have taken for business to run how her are some advices from my side in beginning any business requires money to fulfill its  needs like production, advertising, rent, staff salaries, for all these you should be in profit see first in the beginning you should in saving mode how in the first few months of revenue of your business it should cover first all expenses like staff salaries rent not your home rent office rent, electrical bill  logistic bills, like etc. Your main goal is to pay your loan with few months itself means in 100 your goal is pay 38 0r 40 should go to pay loan why see if the business gets closed or failed you have one enemy that is loan so when the business is getting a little bit of profit also you should close within that time next don’t show off in the beginning revenue of your business like purchasing new car or giving expensive party or show of  in front of friends your goal is long term revenue and profit. A little advice that don't keep friends in business just a name for a friend, they will play a role in the loss of  your life and business. Then you should have little side income that you can invest in the growth of your business like how like first reduce your living cost switch your life in to saving mode give money as loan to another person as much for good interest rate. If you have any skills like photo editing or video editing and any other skills you try freelancing why in the beginning of your journey lot of investment required you must a multiple source of side income that can be invested. Then drop servicing you can do this  kind of  works required a little bit of time to invest then it will provide you income 

Control staff or pick right person

  See in the beginning you should  create  a positive an exciting environment that staff can work for your revenue and profit you should choose the person that he or she obeys  your order's, and you should provide freedom to them that they can show their  creativity. You should transfer your load of burden to the employee you have chosen him or her to work  to show progress in the business. Then you will get time to work on yourself to balance your personal life and business. You should also give opportunity to employee to work on their project that will boost your business. And also provide rest hours in the office where employee get time to refresh him self to work in good mode
