How to grow nail faster at home

You can do this home remedy for nail growth :

Nails need to be moistened thoroughly with a moisturizer to enhance their growth. Olive oil is considered the best for this purpose. It penetrates deeply into the skin and nails and thus helps to nourish your nails. It has vitamin E that improves blood circulation, helps repair damaged nails and promotes nail growth.

Massage your nails and hands with warm pure coconut oil before going to bed. Massage in circular motions to improve blood circulation.

Mix 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup honey and 4 drops essential rosemary oil. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Soak your nails in it for 15 minutes. Do this remedy once or twice every week.

If you want to grow nails quickly, for this, mix one spoon of castor oil in one spoon of coconut oil. Now heat this oil slightly in a vessel. With the help of a cotton, keep massaging the nails with this oil. This will make the nails grow faster and will also be shiny.

Orange juice also promotes nail growth. It has "vitamin C", which encourages the production of collagen and keeps your nails healthy. Plus it has folic acid which is essential for nail growth.

Soaking your nail in fresh orange juice for at least 10 minutes.

Wash your nails after that with warm water, then dry them and apply some moisturizer.

Do this remedy every day till you are satisfied with the result.

Lemon contains "vitamin C" which is essential for nail growth. Also, this treatment clears the yellow nails and gives a nice shine to the nails.

Take 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of olive oil, heat it in a little microwave and then soak your nails in it for 10 minutes. Follow this remedy daily.

You massage your nails with a slice of lemon for 5 minutes every day, then wash and dry with warm water. After that, apply a good moisturizer.

There are some such acids in lemon, which cleans the nails well. Along with this, lemon makes the nails shiny and attractive. To enhance nails, mix half a teaspoon of olive oil in a teaspoon of lemon juice. After this, warm it a little and massage it on your nails before sleeping at night.

A variety of vitamins are essential for healthy nail growth. One such vitamin is biotin, also known as vitamin H. It encourages nail and hair growth by improving the keratin infrastructure.

Along with slow nail growth, nail abnormalities like weak, thin and brittle nails are often associated with biotin deficiency.

You can get biotin from foods such as eggs, whole grains, carrots, tomatoes, salmon, almonds, cauliflower, cucumber, milk, soybeans, strawberries, lentils, oats and walnuts.
