How to get smart by following these simple 3 step process

With this article, I want to show you why you might be struggling to lose the stubborn belly fat that covers your belly. These are the main reasons why most people can't seem to get the six-pack that everyone wants. If you haven't seen me somewhere online, I'm the creator of one of the most popular belly fat loss programs on the internet.

So, in this article, I want to highlight to you the points and strategies I used to make this program one of the most effective in existence for fully developing your belly as well as getting rid of the stubborn belly fat that covers them.

Mind you, because once you get these things right and start using these techniques regularly, you'll be showing off your torn abs in no time at all, whether it's on the beach, in the pool, in the bedroom, anywhere...think how It feels great when people compliment you on your washboard belly!

Well, here's what makes the truth about six-pack abs different:

1: The main focus of this program is not abs...and, better yet, the program consistently achieves better results by not focusing on abs!

I know it sounds counterintuitive, but the truth is that abs workouts are okay, and you do need to do a certain amount of exercise to get as much abs as possible. But let’s be honest, most people who try to make their abs look better waste too much time directly training their abs. All you really need to focus on is burning off the extra fat that covers them.

Let's get straight to the point now...abs workouts won't burn the fat on your abs! This can only be achieved with a more effective full-body training routine that maximizes your metabolic response and hormonal response to exercise. This is the main focus of my truth about the six-pack program.

Don't get me wrong now. It wouldn't be an ab program if I hadn't shown you the most effective exercises to build abs. I also give you detailed instructions and photos on how to do it right. But like I said, the main focus of this program is the secret method I use to program a full body workout and maximize your fat burning results.

This is the main reason why this program works better for you than any other abs program you've tried before. You've got my promise.

2: This program does not use your typical boring, monotonous cardio.

In fact, you don't have to do any typical cardio if you don't want to! I actually advise against it.

Seriously, almost every program tells you that you have to do endless cardio on a regular basis to lose the fat covering your belly. Most of them tell you to do 30-60 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week in addition to your strength training routine.

The truth is that not only is it unnecessary, but it can actually backfire if you really want to get as thin as possible as fast as possible. I cover this in more detail in the book, but basically it all comes back to your metabolic rate, how much lean muscle you have, the hormonal response in your body during exercise, and the remaining calories burned. Hours and days after your workout. Normal, boring cardio is all wrong when it comes to maximizing these effects!

Now you're probably thinking, since I'm against typical boring cardio, that must mean I'm a proponent of interval training. Yes, in fact, I believe interval training is much better than typical cardio.

However, I also used a particular exercise combination and sequencing in my truth about six-pack program that resulted in more powerful fat-loss and muscle-defining results than interval training. That said, because interval training is important! You will find out how this system works in the program.

3: The program does not revolve around having to use supplements or "diet" pills.

Trust me, in most cases, about 95% of supplements are a complete waste of your hard-earned money. I have been approached in the past by supplement companies wanting me to market their products for them and have offered a lot of money for it. Well, do you know what I do? I tell them to push! Seriously, I don't sell my readers something I don't believe.

The truth is, over the years I've learned from my own experience and from hundreds of clients and friends using supplements that they're really just selling you the dream that their pill or powder will be some kind of "magic" solution to fight to get that lean body you've been wanting for years. In fact, most supplements don't help you improve your body at all.

Don't get me wrong... I am not totally bashing supplement companies, but like I said, about 95% of the products they market are worthless and won't make any noticeable difference to your body. I admit, there can be a meal replacement place for those who don't have the time to prepare or pack all the real food. I also admit that I do think high-quality, fast-digesting proteins like whey protein can be used to mix into post-workout smoothies.

But the truth is, real food is always better for you than processed supplements (as long as you choose the right "real food"). Anyone who tells you otherwise is either brainwashed by all the hype and super-hyped ads that supplement companies are putting out in every magazine on the planet, or they themselves are somehow financially connected to selling supplements.

I am committed to not being lured into the lucrative world of selling supplements. Even though I could make more money by selling supplements than by selling my abs routine, it's totally against my ethics to cheat people like that.
