How To Get Rid Of Tension In Your Golf Swing

I think we have all been there. She stared down at the 4th grade from the tea box. The fairway is lined with trees on both sides. The arrival area is "solid" and hitting 3 wood or metal is not an option, the hole is too long.

You get out of the driver and you put the ball together, you know to win the skin and your friend has to ride this gun on the fairway. You take a few rounds of exercise, steer the ball, look down on the fairway (it looks much stronger than before), start your retreat, and explode!

Your body is getting stronger. Hold on to the club and attach it to the tress. You think bogey now will be good points. You’re upset yourself and watching as your playmate swings the smooth driver who puts the ball to the left of the fairway.

You start to walk down the aisle towards your ball, hoping to find it, say a few things under your breath, and ask for your swing equipment.

What just happened? A situation most of us have experienced at some point in our golf career. We take smooth practice swings, but when the ball is in front of us and we have to take off the shorts we "tighten" and hit a short, thin, or fat shot. We allowed the disagreement to creep into our golf course. We all know that obesity is a free flow that requires your body to relax.

Dean Reinmuth, one of the leading educators of Golf Digest, talks more about this term in his book. Discusses how the curve needs to be relaxed and flowing. This allows the club to move in the right direction and improve the speed of the team head. Muscle tension will interfere with and damage your flexibility.

If your muscles are strong, how will you be able to swing the club in a flowing way? You will not be able to do that. If you catch the club by Hulk Hogan's "sleep deprivation", how are you going to swing the club with ease? You can't. If you can't "feel" the head of the club, how can you swing the club freely? Also, the answer is that you can't do that.

If in doubt, try it. Get out of the classroom, buy a bucket of balls and go for it! Warm yourself with a few wedges and take your 7 irons. Take a few shots and start exploring. First, take the club and hold it as tightly as possible. Now, try to hit the ball. What's going on? I think that is not a good result. At one point during our test, grab 7 irons and talk to the ball. Now, when you hit the ball your thought should say: "I'll hit the ball as hard as I can." Go ahead, try to hit the ball. What's going on? Also, I think the result has not been good. What happens in both cases? You have improved the “tension” in your turn, and it was preventing you from hitting the ball hard.

The next question: how do you make a smooth, smooth flow without pressure? Very few factors are part of this calculation. Improving proper swing mechanics is part of the answer. Swinging is a complex movement that “combines” a series of movements into a single flowing motion. To improve the "swing-free swing" you must improve your swing. This is a process that takes time, proper education, and practice.

Additionally, you should develop a positive mental attitude in your game. The example at the beginning of this article is a case in point. If you are not mentally confident in your turn, what do you think will happen to the tee box? Your body reacts to your emotions and you “get stronger,” leading to bad turns.

How do you develop the psychological side of the game? This is also done by improving your fitness, exercise, and play. As your game progresses, confidence in your turn will grow. It is generous, in a figurative sense. As your golf swing gets better, so will your attitude toward the game.

Finally, we should talk about the body. Yes, the body contributes to a “stress-free” turn as well. Follow the concept, in order for the muscles to relax and flow freely, they must be flexible. Being “strong” and consistent puts you in a difficult position even before you get to the first tee! If you don't believe me, go to the gym and do 10 sets of heavy bench presses and go to the gym. See how well or how badly you hit that bucket of balls!

If your body is not flexible, you will not be able to perform the free flow of movement. The body needs flexibility to turn smooth. If you are consistent, the ability to upgrade even your swinging instruments to the point where they flow freely will not be possible.

The important thing is that you need to improve your flexibility in your turn.

How do you do this? The implementation of flexible golf exercises in the training program will do the trick.

Swimming and mindfulness work together to develop a non-slip swing. You cannot upgrade one without the other. A wider approach is needed when developing smooth surfaces. Working only on your swing mechanics will not work if your body is not flexible. Performing flexibility tests alone will not be tricky if your swing mechanics are faulty. And focusing only on the mental side of the game will not work if your swing is bad, and your body is.

Smooth flipping allows for good shots from the rest of the lesson. Developing this type of throwing takes time and effort. You need to train your body, flexibility, and mind. This is a ticket to "swing without pressure"
