How to get rid of stress

Every day is a new beginning, and it’s up to us, whether we practice peace or choose a stressful day. It's a saying that nothing is permanent in this world, not even stress. It is said that if your life is peaceful then you’ll be more happy rather than being successful but restless.

No doubt, success brings happiness, but if it costs your inner peace then it's of no use. Inner peace and relaxation brings happiness. A person should keep this in mind that he is living one day at a time. Thinking about so many things at a time costs your inner peace. By focusing on one task at a time can make your life much easy then stressing about so many things at a time.

Remember! It's your life, and you should live it peacefully and make it worth living. Whatever happens in your life, don’t stress about it. Instead of stressing, try to figure out the solutions, and you can only find the solutions if your mind is stress-free.

Stress nowadays is very common. Many people suffer from severe stress and anxiety. Every second person you meet nowadays is complaining of it. Some taking heavy pills to get rid of it, some concerning a psychiatrist, some have detached themselves from reality, some may even think of committing suicide because they are unable to deal with it. A person suffering from stress also makes an impact on his/her surroundings. People get easily irritated by behavior of such persons. Stress is some real thing and one shouldn’t take it lightly. BUT, IT REALLY DOESN’T MEAN THAT ONE SHOULD END UP HIS/HER LIFE.

Life is a gift, and try to make the best use of this gift.

Here is an easy tip that can help you to reduce stress.

Breathing technique that can help reduce the stress. When we are stressed, our breathing gets impacted, and it becomes faster and shallower, activating our sympathetic nervous system which is our fight and flight response. Fortunately, we can consciously change our response from stress to relaxation by just changing the way we breathe I want to share with you the two-two-one breathing technique that can help reduce your stress by actively changing the rate in the pattern of your breathing, thereby activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the rest and digest response. The two-two -one breathing technique is done through the nose you inhale through the nose, and you exhale out through the nose and what you do is you count using a number. At any number that you choose it could be two three or four and that's the number that you would inhale with but, with the exhalation, when you exhale out the breath you want to double the number that you have chosen. So say you chose four, you would breathe in for the count of four one two three four, and you exhale out for eight one two three four five six seven eight, that's why it's called the two-two-one breathing technique.

It's your choice to try this technique or visit any psychiatrist or take pills, but my recommendation is to try this technique before trying anything else. It doesn’t cost anything. It's one of the simplest way to relieve stress. Try this. Hope that you will find it fruitful.
