How to get rid of sore throat?


Do you always have a sore throat? Do not take it lightly. Do not consider it a common problem due to change in weather or heat and cold. Sore throat can also be a serious infection of tonsils or throat. How to deal with this problem:-

It is common to have sore throat as soon as the weather changes. It causes problems like pricking like a thorn in the throat, hoarseness and difficulty in speaking. This is due to bacteria and viruses. Sometimes the problem of sore throat is also caused by allergies and smoking. Some throat infections get cured on their own, but in some cases treatment is required. Usually people ignore this problem considering sore throat as a common thing. But any problem of throat should not be ignored just like that. It can take the form of a serious disease.

Sore throat is a throat infection, in which there is a hoarse voice from the throat, mild cough, fever, headache, fatigue and pain in the throat, especially difficulty in swallowing. There are tonsils on both sides of our throat, which prevent germs, bacteria and viruses from entering our throat, but sometimes when these tonsils themselves get infected, then it is called tonsillitis. In this, the tonsils on both sides inside the throat appear pink and red in color. They are a little bigger and more red. Sometimes white spots or pus are also seen on them. Although tonsillitis infection is cured with proper care and antibiotics, but its risk increases when this infection is caused by a bacteria called Streptococcus hemolyticus. Then this infection can spread to the heart and kidney and give rise to a dangerous disease.

Gargle with lukewarm salt water. This will give relief to the throat.

Tea with ginger, cardamom and black pepper provides great relief in sore throat. Also, this tea has antibacterial properties. Drinking this tea regularly gives relief to the throat and removes the sore throat.

Do not smoke and do not eat spicy food.

Be especially cautious in your diet. Do not drink cold water from the fridge, nor eat any other cold things. Precaution is the only solution to this problem.

Throat infection is usually caused by viruses and bacteria. Apart from this, fungal infection also occurs, which is called oral thrush. Throat infection can also occur due to the adverse effects of any food item, beverage or medicine. Apart from this, the problem of sore throat can also be genetic. Errors in diet like eating cold, sour, fried and preservative foods and not keeping the mouth and teeth clean also increase the chances of throat infection manifold.
