HOW TO GET RID OF PREMATURE GRAY HAIR: PREVENTION AND CURE

As someone who struggled with prematurely gray hair since I was 13 or something, I can understand the embarrassment and insecurities it brings along all too well. These insecurities prevented my growth as a person and had a lifelong impact on my mental health, with the constant teasing of classmates and relatives. More than giving the scientific aspect of this condition, I would like to share my experience with it and how I managed to make my hair turn black once again.

WHAT EXACTLY CAUSES THIS PREMATURE GRAYING?

Hair going gray, all by itself, is not a medical condition except in some rare cases.

In contrast to popular belief, scientists have proven that stress does not lead to graying of hair. Some autoimmune disease also results in this condition. However, genetic build-up plays a preeminent role in it.

But more often than not, It is seen that this condition is mainly due to vitamin deficiencies and problems with the thyroid gland. It would be a wise choice to see a qualified doctor about it.

CAN IT BE REVERSED?

While graying of hair due to genetic build-up and autoimmune diseases is not reversible. But is surely reversible in vit deficiencies and other diseases. I noticed that leaving the hair dry with no sort of oiling is also a great factor in this graying. Now, I was pretty sure in my case it might be due to vit deficiency because all I used to eat was junk and nothing. The graying got so bad that there was more gray hair than white. I tried numerous methods and watched videos for solutions.

CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?

While this is an easy method to hide the grays, it is a temporary method that will do more harm than good. The thought of coloring my hair came thousands of times in my mind, but I'm happy that I didn't do it in the end.

HOW DO I CURE IT?

While I can't guarantee if it will work for you or not, but I can guarantee you that it worked 100 percent for me. This is a straightforward 2 ingredient home remedy to incorporate into your daily routine.

Here is the ingredient u will need- 1. Lemon

                                                                        2. Dabur Amla hair oil

   PROCEDURE:

 1. squeeze the lemon juice out.

2. Take a bowl and mix an equal proportion of the lemon juice with the hair oil. The needed amount will be determined by your hair length and thickness. For shoulder-length hair, usually, 2 tablespoons of both the oil and lemon juice should be enough.

3. Put the mixture in your scalp and whole hair length and massage your scalp for about 10 min.

4. Keep it like that for 30 mins and rinse it off with water and shampoo.

Do this 3-4 times a week. The result will not be visible immediately as it is a prolonged process, but it will work in the long term. Also, it will be wise to plug out all the hairs that have already turned gray because they won't turn black, but it will prevent new white hair from sprouting.

PREVENTION

I did that in addition to using the moisture in my hair; I also oild my hair every Sunday. Though I no longer use the moisture, I continue oiling my hair, and it is doing its job as I don't have any white hairs anymore.

BOTTOMLINE

Oiling the hair plus using the moisture in the hair will surely be of great benefit. Along with it, one has to ensure a good diet to maintain good healthy hair. Hope it helps.......
