How to get rid of Non-Alcoholic fatty liver, Symptoms, Causes, Treatment

Introduction to Liver:

The liver is one of the largest internal organs in the human body, and it plays an important role in the metabolism of drugs and other substances. The liver also functions as a factory to produce blood cells, bile, and other substances that the body needs but cannot produce on its own. The liver is composed of many specialized cells and tissues, including the hepatic cells, which are responsible for the synthesis and secretion of blood cells and bile, and the sinusoidal, which are spaces in the liver where blood cells and bile are stored until they are ready to be released into the body. The liver is located near the right upper portion of the abdominal cavity, and it is connected to other organs in the body.

 Importance of Liver:

The liver has more than 500 functions in the human body.

 Are fats causing fatty liver?

One thing which is very important for everyone to understand is that fatty foods don't send to our liver but send to our Lymphatic vessels, but the sugary foods, proteins, and carbohydrates are sent to our liver, we know that our liver converts everything into fat for energy, in the case of sugary foods, protein, and carbohydrates our liver takes a lot of time and effort to convert them into fat because of doing more effort without taking rest our liver got diseases, the more use of fatty foods can save our liver from any damage.

Over-intake of fructose, carbohydrates, and sugary foods is more toxic for the liver than any other thing we eat because sugar is immediately converted into glucose in the blood. However, in the presence of excess fructose, the sugar cannot be completely converted into glucose

Fats like (beans, nuts, eggs, meat, and butter) send into our lymphatic vessels and then into the fat store

De Novo Lipogenesis is an important function of the liver that converts sugar into Fat, no other factory in this world can do what the liver does. If I can say the liver is a God-gifted blessing to humans, then it is not wrong to

This is the irreversible stage of the liver. No regeneration work will be able to repair this damage, only one way out is liver transplantation.
