How to get rid of dandruff

How to get rid of dandruff

Yes, it is one of the most common skin problems and I guess that you’ve heard about it. We all have that dreaded question and we all deal with it at some point in our life. It can be a burden for many, especially when a person has no idea about what to do about it and how to get rid of dandruff. My advice to people who suffer from this condition would be to find out what causes these follicles and why they appear on your scalp. This way, you will be able to know what the root causes of them are and also you may be able to come up with ways in which you can take care of it and make it disappear as soon as possible. Here are my tips on how you can help yourself if it starts appearing in your hair.

I have noticed that the first thing that I had to do was to remove all of the makeup that was covering my face and then I applied a couple of drops of salicylic acid. After applying the product, I started scrubbing. In addition, I put some aloe vera gel on my affected area. Then I applied a little bit more of an active vitamin A oil on top of it to help the product stick better with the surface of the follicles as well. Thereafter, I applied a mixture of paraben-free and aloe vera oil, in order to avoid the harmful effects of aloe vera which could hamper the effectiveness of any other chemicals that I’m using. Some studies have shown that there is a link between aloe vera use and dandruff. Therefore, it is recommended that people should take advantage of aloe vera and apply it on their scalp to keep the bad follicles away.

The next step for me was to try to find a solution. The only treatment that works well for both men and women is minocycline or Bactrocep (a drug made by Proskauer). However, since the treatment did not work very well for me, I decided to give it a try. I made a small batch of a substance called sodium borax, and then I applied it on the area. After that, I had to keep rubbing it on my scalp until the spots disappeared. From this point, I had to repeat the process over and over again in order to ensure that the treatment worked as well as possible. After that, nothing happened and so far, I have been satisfied with the results. So, hopefully you will like my experience with this kind of natural method.

Since there are few natural remedies that worked well for me, I wanted to talk about another way that I used to deal with dandruff. I believe most of us do have some form of it, whether it is mild, moderate or severe. As a result, I have created a simple system of products and steps in which I apply them each time it appears. With this system, I just have to add water a couple of drops of lemon juice to it. Before adding anything else, I need to brush my forehead or wet it in order to eliminate dirt. Next, I wash each strand of hair with lukewarm water, and then add a couple of minutes of hot shower to the list. The last thing to do is rub some lotion on my affected area, which will help to clear the dirt and prevent it from sticking to the scalp and causing further irritation. These simple actions helped me greatly with the problem.

I think it is important for us all to stay aware of what we are doing. If you are suffering from dandruff, check with your doctor and see which natural remedy to which he/she recommends. At the end of the day, there are no treatments that can cure this condition, but the right way you use is the best way.
