How to get rid of acne? Here are the top 8 tips to take care of acne skin.
Acne mainly affects people between the ages of 12 to 24 years. The cause of acne is difficult to determine. However, excessive oil gland secretion is said to trigger most acne breakouts.
Except for the surface of the soles of the palms and the soles of the feet, the placenta is found in the skin tissues of the body. Pelosi base units are a combination of hair follicles and sebaceous glands in the skin. They are responsible for secreting an oily substance called sebum. However, due to too many factors (such as hormonal imbalances, stress, and the skin's natural condition), the sebaceous glands encourage the production of more sebum than usual. When this happens, the extra oil gets clogged in the pores of the skin. This process causes bacterial infections and stimulates the immune system response. Eventually, it results in an inflammation of acne.
Acne can kill any skin type. Normal skin is velvety, acne-free, and uniform in color. An oily skin type is more sensitive to acne. On the other hand, dry skin may not be as sensitive but can cause serious breakouts during the winter.
Currently, acne is not completely curable, but acne can be treated with various methods of skincare. Many people take the help of topical medications, which are applied to the surface of the skin. However, using acne skin care products such as "pineapple pads" can remove whiteheads and blackheads but will not affect the extra sebum they produce.
However, for treatment and prevention, it is best to use the following 8 simple tips.
- It is important to follow a healthy and balanced diet. Therefore, it is important to include all the nutrients that your body needs to function effectively in your diet.
- Drink lots of water, like juice. Minimize the number of carbonated drinks.
- Makeup is not recommended.
- Wash your face with mild soap and water. The logic is not to remove dirt (as most people with acne think) but to remove plugs from skin pores, which can be a combination of dead skin cells, bacteria, and hard sebum. Although dirt is not the cause of acne, it can contribute to more infections by interacting with skin debris and particles and excess oil on the skin.
- Use a topical cleansing pad that may contain one or more of the following: salicylic acid, sulfur, and benzoyl peroxide to remove excess oil. Another way to minimize excess oil on the skin is to wash your face with the hottest water you can tolerate.
- Minimize the use of harsh cleansers and use acne scrubbers that come off the light. Do not scrub the affected area well.
- Avoid touching your face if you have dirty hands.
- If you have long curly hair, tie your hair so that it stays away from your face. This is especially true if it's hot and you're back.
Acne prevention measures are just as important as acne treatment. With prevention, at a minimum, you need to make sure your acne problem doesn't get worse and spreads to a larger affected area.
How to get rid of acne
There are many types of acne, but the most common is during adolescence, when young adults experience a dramatic increase in hormone levels. These hormones signal the glands of the skin to produce more oil. When this oil mixes with dead cells, it can block the skin's pores and trap bacteria. The result is usually an area of tissue characterized by swelling, redness, and pus. This bump is also known as "pumps," a symptom commonly associated with acne.
Acne can affect the face, neck, back, or chest, and severe problems can lead to social alienation or emotional and physical scars. Although mild acne cannot be completely prevented, there are three steps you can take to minimize its effects.
Gently cleanse your skin: Wash your skin gently with warm water every day. Avoid washing your face too vigorously or avoid washing it too often. Doing so can make your acne worse. Also, avoid using high-oil skin and hair care products. Instead, use a water-based skin care soap that gently cleanses your skin, such as Neutrogena or Dove.
Apply ointment to the condition: At least once a day, but no more than three times a day, apply the ointment topical to the affected areas. One of the best products is clear cell because it contains benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Benzoyl peroxide is used to tighten pores, while salicylic acid helps remove blemishes caused by flaking on the top layer of the skin. Products containing tea tree oil (usually found in gels, creams, and lotions) or alpha hydroxy acids are also required. However, keep in mind that your acne may get worse if you use the product too often. Therefore, limit your requests to less than three times a day unless directed by a physician.
Avoid the following: Be sure to avoid the following activities that can trigger acne breakouts: sun exposure, exposure to shiny elements that rub the skin, excessive pressure, facial expressions. Persistent contact, working with oils or harsh chemicals, excessive sweating, hanging hair on the face, or using hair care products that contain oil. Also, avoid squeezing pimples. Squeezing the pumps can lead to long-term infection and/or scare.
While mild acne is bothersome, it eventually clears up. Most people develop acne in their early twenties, so there is no reason to be hopeful. Make each step above a part of your daily routine, and you can control your acne. However, people with more severe cases of acne should see a dermatologist.
