How to get relief from UTI for female

As female is more prone to UTI,it is a very common disease among females.If anyone has dysuria with lower abdominal pain,fever,malaise she should consult with doctor,doctor will provide treatment with proper antibiotics.Doctor also provides some tests to be done including urine R/E and culture sensitivity test.These tests are for confirming diagnosis and provide antibiotics.With medication,Drink  plenty of water,this habit helps to wash out the germs by urination.Drink at least 6 glass of water per day.Besides,proper cleaning of genitalia is also required.Should not clean anus before cleaning the vulva.First clean vulva with clean water(don't use any soap),then clean the anus.Because if you first clean the anus,the normal flora of GIT become pathogenic when it enter your uretha.In most of cases,it is seen that choliform bacteria that present in stool are the pathogenic oragnisms of UTI.Moreover, whenever you need to pee,you should do this.As urine of infected person in bladder make a suitable environment for growth of organisms.But normally in bladder urine is sterile.By maintaining those rules with proper medication,you can easily get relief from UTI.Otherwise,this disease becomes severe and causes many complications by ascending infection.Complicated UTI is more difficult to treat.There is high incidence of having recurrent UTI among females if those above protocol are not maintained well.Nowadays, Antibiotic resistance is an alarming situation.It is also an important cause of complicated UTI and recurrent UTI.So,rational use of antibiotic is essential.We should always take antibiotics according to prescription given by doctor.Usuallly,ciprofloxacin, nitrofurantoin are the drug of choice in case of UTI.But antibiotic should prescribe according to sensitivity test.

At last,it is clear that we all should have concept about protecting ourselves from complicated and uncomplicated UTI by maintaining proper hyegine and drinking water adequately
