How To Get Healthy Skin, Skin Care, Vitamins For Health.

Skin is the largest organ of our body. It protects against infections and infections, regulates temperature and even resources for the production of vitamins. Keep the skin healthy is important for overall beauty and health, even though most of us are interested in knowing how to keep our skin looking healthy, rather than keeping it really healthy.

The best way to keep skin looking healthy - thin, smooth, shiny, soft, soft and free of wrinkles - is to avoid sunburn.

Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun causes a rash that looks healthy, but it does serious damage to the skin in color, sunburn and loss of elasticity. This can lead the skin to premature aging in the form of wrinkles,  deterioration, fine lines dark skin, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, loss of light and dryness. Even the best genes, oral ingredients and skin-lightening treatments will not be effective, if the person is cold-blooded and unhealthy.

Keeping it away from the sun helps, but if you can't avoid it, you should make sure you use sunscreen. This is necessary if exposure to the sun takes a long time.

If we think that a person is still conscious of exposure to the sun, how can we continue to improve our skin condition? We know that certain oral supplements are effective for good skin health, but what are these ingredients and how effective are they?

Internal Addition

The first group will be the vitamins and minerals, which are essential for the proper functioning of all the organs.

Vitamins and minerals that can affect skin health include B-complex, especially B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and B12 (cyanocobalamin). The apparent deficiency of vitamins B1 and B2 is  cause to specific types of dermatitis (a type of skin inflammation). Deficiency of B12 is very dangerous for fast-moving neurons and cells, including skin cells.

In addition to B vitamins, deficiency of vitamin C, iron and copper also affects skin health. All of these are essential for the formation of collagen, a key protein in the skin, which replenishes the skin and gives us tone.

Vitamin A is essential for the normal life cycle of skin cells. Vitamin A deficiency causes the skin to become wrinkled, flaky and dry. On the other side, taking excessive vitamin A may be more toxic, and it should be avoided.

Vitamins C and E, as well as beta-carotene, have been considered anti-oxidants that reduce free radicals.

Free radicals result in skin degeneration and aging. However, those free radicals and the role of anti-oxidants are undoubtedly, clinical results have not been proven strongly when additional vitamins and other micronutrients improve skin quality and detract from the aging process.

Excess doses can be as dangerous as shortages, so it is best to comply with the recommended daily allowance (RDA).

Topic Help

Oral ingredients should be compatible with the ingredients used - sunscreen at least SPF 30, creams (preferably with white skin agent) and moisturizer (preferably with a skin lightening agent). Compared to the current applications, the effects of oral ingredients are subtle and slow. Consumers should be realistic about what they want because the results will not show up in 7 days to 2 weeks.

We recommend a holistic approach to skin health, which includes:

* A healthy diet that includes all food groups as well as vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.

* Conduct a positive attitude towards life. It is well attractive that other skin conditions - such as acne and eczema - are more common among sufferers.

* If you smoke, stop smoking. Smoke produces free radicals, damages skin micro-circulation and causes tooth decay and other discoloration.

* Reduce exposure to the sun and use a good sunscreen daily.
