How To Get Clear And Healthy Skin

Don’t you feel like you need a hairbrush and a beauty product for each day? Look for the products to enhance your natural texture, release toxins, and re-educate your skin from the inside out. Apply both ghee and SPF30 sunscreen over your body as it creates a barrier that protects your skin from UV rays. This will prevent not only skin cancer but the development of dry and cracked skin. Apply if you have to, but please do not have more than two layers of makeup on your face.

Get the night cream

This skin care routine will help you give yourself a glowing complexion overnight. Apply a moisturizing moisturizer with a night cream before going to bed. Apply a gentle moisturizer and moisturizer after you wake up. Apply one moisturizer before morning face, face, and neck followed by a lighter layer of liquid hydrating lotion after your hair and eyelids. One step down is the neck and back. Apply a generous layer of creamy, moisture filled, moisturizer over the neck and backs of the back of your neck, elbows, and knees. Gently pat it in with your hands and use a very flat sponge to pat it down. This will help the softness of your skin as it helps spread the product evenly.

After several nights of good sleep, just apply a cream or serum with an SPF30 sunscreen on top and feel that you are glowing. Be sure to moisturize and reapply every day.

Lengthen your eyelashes

Since your eyelashes are a part of your natural hair, you want to give them the best treatment possible to condition your hair. Have fun experimenting with your eyelashes. Find out if any of the brands listed below can make the natural shape of your eyelashes thicker. This will naturally reduce the appearance of breakage on your eyelids and makes your lashes look longer.

Then for the general part of your lashes, experiment with the coating you put on your eyelids. Try this on your eyelids twice, once over your lashes and again at night time. This will provide a natural and crisp look to your eyelids, keeping them free of oily and unwanted makeup.

Exfoliate your clogged pores

During your makeup routine, pores are the first part of your skin that gets its attention. Exfoliate them gently. Lay some disinfected cotton pads on your face after you shave or trim. This will cleanse and detox your face. Then massage them gently on the sides of your cheeks, jawline, forehead, and temples. One of the best ways to get rid of oil from your pores is to squeeze them out. From your preferred scalp routine, massage the coarse hairs from your scalp through your scalp and make them more prone to be reabsorbed. Rub the hair against a paste or scented lotion to reduce the chance of getting yeast infections.

A good spot to exfoliate are the pockets around your armpits. Lastly, exfoliate the excess skin between your shoulders and palms of your hands. Allow the exfoliation to continue for about 20 minutes or so. Wash your face after the exfoliation and use a good skin care spray. Lighten spots and remove dead skin cells.

Lemon + peppermint eye serum

If you have a dry eye, you can use this lemon + peppermint eye serum. It helps to provide an instant fresh skin color as it contains important ingredients to revive your skin. Put your moisturizer on the skin and apply the serum after your moisturizer has done its job. Use the serum once before apply the moisturizer on top and again after you have cooled your skin down. Use it without moisturizer or eye cream and let it sit on your skin for 20 minutes. When the serum is dry, put it on your eye area once again to seal in the moisture, then wipe it off your face.
