Duly filled national visa application of Spain.
- One recent passport-sized photograph.
- Valid and current passport: Original and a photocopy of the page(s) carrying the biometric data.
NOTE: To obtain Spain's Digital Nomad Visa, the applicant must be holding a passport with at least one year of validity and two blank pages. They should also make sure that the passport was issued not more than 10 years ago.
- Criminal record certificate (for adults only).
- Health insurance: A private health insurance purchased from the applicant's home country and valid within Spain.
