How to get a positive body image?

A positive body image is one we should all strive for. It's when you know yourself and who you are. You have a very real perception of your size, shape and weight. You see yourself as you are in the present. Accept yourself, even if you are overweight. Believe in yourself and love yourself while continuing to fight for something better. When you have a positive body image, you don't spend time obsessing over food, weight, calories, exercise, etc. proud of who you are and feel good about your body. Many people with binge eating do not have a positive body image. Instead, they have very distorted images of how they see themselves. Here are six ways to create a positive body image for yourself. Make a list of people you admire. Write because you admire every person. When you write features you like, write down what you write. For example, let's say you have a high regard for Oprah. Your list might include her generosity to people, her willingness to stand up for what she believes in, and her strong character who succeeded regardless of her background. You don't admire Oprah for her looks; you admire her for the difference she has made in the world. For his contribution to society. For how he touched and changed so many lives. Recall a time in your life when you felt good about yourself.Go back in your life to a time when you were happy with your body. Maybe it was high school or college. Whatever the time, close your eyes and remember how you felt. Let these good feelings radiate within you. Write down what you love about yourself now. Take a sheet of paper and write down everything you like about yourself: legs, eyebrows, smile, hair, etc. The key here is to focus on the likes of you rather than the many dislikes. Start enjoying what you like about yourself. It will make you feel better.Notice how you behave when you walk. Do you walk with your head down looking at the ground? Do you lower your shoulders? Reinvigorate yourself! Start walking and making eye contact with people. Keep your head up. Walk with your shoulders back. Start exercising. If you haven't exercised in a while, start slowly. Go for a walk outside on a nice day.If you're used to working out, keep going and change up your routine so you don't get bored. When you work out, you start to feel good about yourself, even if it's for 15 minutes. Start slow and work your way up. Date positive people. Take a look at the people closest to you. Are they positive or negative people? It is likely that if they are negative, this attitude will affect you and your attitude. Try to limit your time with any negativity because it will only make you feel bad about yourself. You will focus on the things you don't like about yourself. Start feeling good about yourself and learn to accept yourself.Gradually you will notice the changes that have taken place. Learn to be on your side instead of always against yourself. Put your shoulders back and stop thinking about what you are not. Love the person you are and the person you are becoming.
