How to get a job as a fresher?

You want to crack a job just doing that, try to come out of your comfort zone. One day will come as you would prove that.

So, What are the 9 floors?:

1) Selection of field you are interested in:

First, you have to check your interest field like Marketing, CS/IT, Commerce, CA, Designer, Worker, Player, etc. Just take a look which would be helpful for you as a reference to find out interest!:

i) If you're interested in playing games well, just as physical/digital (cricket/mobile gaming), then you should think about it as a career.

ii) If you enjoy coding or creative nature, you would have to think of a career in CS/IT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc. Those are the cool platforms for the "Cody".

iii) Don't think about what are others thinking? It's your passion, not the other!

 

 

2) Make a list of Companies:

Accordingly, make a list of companies, shortlisting those companies you are passionate about it.

 

 

3) Eligibility criteria:

i) What do they want from you as an employee?:

-Skills (English Communication, Mathematical skills according to the field).

ii) What are the expectations?:

-Sometimes company want work experience or apprenticeship/internship.

-Basis of 10th, 12th/Diploma, BCOM, BSCIT, BE, BCS, B-TECH, etc.

-Willingness to work from any place or either work from home or it depends upon the company.

-Make sure eligibility before apply.

 

 

4) Make a structure of skills:

Make a chart of wanted skills and try to link your passion. The most important skill is your English speaking and writing. There are many skills to a related particular field.

For example:

i) For CS/IT has to be good knowledge of IT and Computer fields, basic programming languages at least one of the strong.

ii)Marketing (Digital marketing):

For that company wants the employee to have good English communications skill in terms of simplicity, customer-friendly, attractive, Networking, Management, Cool minded, etc.

 

 

5) Analyse the stages:

How many stages in the company to crack the job?
Let assume 4 stages:

i) Aptitude test (Quantitative, Reasonable, Technical):

Aptitude requires mathematical skills for solving problems that are MCQ-based. It may be online or offline based on the company criteria.

ii) Verbal Test (English):

MCQ-based and paragraph writing-based questions on your English grammar.

iii) Technical Interview:

In a technical interview, the interviewer checking your knowledge, and sometimes they will test your curiosity level about our company.

v) HR Interview:

HR interviewer testing your confidence, decision-making quality, sometimes they will ask you tricky questions and observe how you react to it?

 

 

6) How to plan?:

i) Accordingly, make strategies. How can you prepare for that? Try to break your targets into small tasks which will reduce your complexity.

ii) In CV/Resume, what kind of catchy things you want to add to make it attractive?

iii) How should be dressed pattern during the interview?

 

 

7) How habits affect your future?

-If you aren't changing your habits, then you won't change your life. Make a daily routine timetable covering all skills for practice. Start preparing and try to avoid procrastination.

-Procrastination is a habit; Some people spend so much time contextually that they cannot complete important daily tasks. They may have a strong desire to stop procrastinating, but they can't do so due to habit.

 

 

8) Consistency:

-Making a habit of practicing and maintain consistency. It is 99.9% effective; follow for the 21days (Human psychology) consistently, then it would vanish your old habit and generate a new one.

 

 

9) Magical power of the brain-Believe yourself:

As you know, our brain is very mysterious; You can't think how huge brainpower is? 

i) The first thing you should believe in yourself, there is nothing to be impossible. Humans wanted to fly. They did it by making plans, helicopters, RocketSpace, etc.

ii) Don't compare yourself with others; you are the only one you can as you, and nobody can think like the way you are thinking. 

iii) Do not worried about the crowd; stay focus only on the aim. Just doing and doing improving yourself, build a newer version of yourself.

 

 

Every problem has a solution since the beginning; you must analyze the problem and work on it. Try to learn from failure. This will help you on your journey.
