 To prepare, place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth, behind your two front teeth. Keep your tongue there the whole time and purse your lips if you need to.Due to stress and lifestyle habits, most people face the problem of sleeplessness. In such a situation, you also take medicines, but sometimes its effect is not visible. Other medicines also have side effects. Due to the problem of sleeplessness, a chronic condition arises and it has a bad effect on your health. If you also have a problem of sleeplessness, then follow some rules mentioned in Ayurveda. This will correct your sleeping pattern and you will get good sleep.

abhyanga it is a form of Ayurvedic medicine. In this, the body is massaged with hot herbal oil. If you cannot massage the whole body, then massage the stress points before sleeping at night. Apply warm sesame oil on the forehead and shoulders. This will relax the muscles and you will get good sleep.

deep breath Practice deep breathing. For this, you have to first breathe in while chanting Om and exhale through both nose and mouth. According to experts, the word Om has a very good effect on the mind. This makes you sleep well. While chanting Om, observe silence between two consecutive utterances.

 Pranayama is also helpful
, according to Ayurveda, do Anulom-Vilom and Bhramari Pranayama at night. By doing pranayama before going to bed, blood circulation is better. This helps in increasing the supply of oxygen in the body. By doing pranayama, the mind becomes calm and good sleep comes.

 Wash the
feet Washing the feet gives rest to the body. This also reduces the stress level. According to Ayurveda, washing feet removes negativity and makes you feel relaxed.

 Do not use gadgets 
not use mobile phones while lying on the bed. This disturbs the sleep pattern. Stop using electronic gadgets. Lying down watching TV also affects your sleep. This disturbs your sleep and keeps you turning throughout the night. Listen to relaxing music or read a book before sleeping. This will lead to good sleep.
