How to gain a weight

In order to gain weight in a healthy way, concentrate on consuming more calories from foods high in nutrients. Consume more calories than your body expels in order to achieve a calorie surplus, but put an emphasis on eating a balanced diet that includes whole grains, lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. Consume five to six smaller meals a day, higher in protein and including foods high in lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes. Incorporate strength training activities into your regimen to increase muscle mass and promote a healthy growth in body weight. Select foods like avocados, almonds, and olive oil that are high in healthful fats. Drink plenty of water, exert yourself consistently, track your progress, and modify your plan as necessary. If you have difficulties or have health issues, consult a medical expert for advice.   or a licenced dietician for tailored guidance. Recall that the objective is to progressively acquire weight in a manner that enhances general health.

Consume a lot of protein because it is what makes up your muscles. Gaining muscle weight as opposed to just fat requires eating enough protein. Aim for 0.7–1 grammes of protein per pound of body weight if you're attempting to gain weight. Meats, seafood, eggs, legumes, nuts, and numerous dairy products are examples of foods high in protein. If you have trouble getting enough protein in your diet, you may find that supplements like whey protein are helpful.

Consume substantial fruits and vegetables. Eat some veggies with some calories instead of stuffing yourself with celery and other watery veggies. Avocados are a versatile ingredient with a healthy fat content. Sweet potatoes, corn, potatoes, and other starchy vegetables can also contribute to weight gain.
You can get calories and fibre from fruits including mangoes, bananas, blueberries, and grapes.

You could gain weight quickly if you are underweight. Eat extra meals as a cure for this. Instead of depending just on three meals a day, try to fit five or six smaller ones in. Consume little meals in between.
Just have one meal or snack before going to bed. Eating before bed can contribute to weight gain.
