The first step in providing your business opportunity is to begin by analyzing your business model. Is there a profit after approving your franchise money? If it is profitable and has clearly defined objectives to take advantage of market opportunities you are ready to move on to the next step. Can a business model be easily taught? There is no need to have a profitable business opportunity if you cannot duplicate your franchisees. A training package should be created assuming that the payer does not have prior business knowledge. The third step is to create a user-friendly and well-organized user manual. This should be divided into two parts: one part per franchisee and one part of the business owner's employees. The fourth step is to decide on the first franchise payment and the ongoing royalty payments. In the early stages of a business franchise launch, franchise funding will need to be kept at a very low level in order to attract the first set of franchises. Once you have a successful franchise you will be able to increase your initial payment. The fifth step is to create a continuous support system for your taxpayers. Some will need more support than others. A few will need additional training. You will now need to decide who will conduct the training. Many franchisors transfer the training element to a trained training company. This means they can focus on the important aspect of running and managing the business. The sixth step is to make your franchise agreement with the help of a reputable franchise lawyer. There is no need to cut costs as this will ultimately be a pillar of your business opportunity. The seventh step is to build all the marketing tools including brochures and video presentations to market your franchises. You will also need to decide where to market your business opportunity. There are now a number of ways in which you can advertise your franchise from franchise shows, franchise magazines and franchise websites. Many companies even advertise their franchise offer in national newspapers. Keep in mind that the above steps will always be better as the franchise network grows. All marketing materials, ongoing support and training will need to be improved as weaknesses are identified. Some business owners will have to be treated like children as they will never run a business before. Not only will you teach them how to manage your franchise but in some cases you will also need to train them in computer skills and basic calculation skills. Finally, a plan will have to be created to deal with shareholders who are deemed unsuitable once they have begun managing their business. No matter how extensive the hiring process is, it will be extremely difficult to remove all unsuitable ones until they start running their own business. Finding the right franchisees, training them well in all your endeavors and providing ongoing full support should reduce the numbers that end up failing as business owners.if you like my article please like my page
