HOW TO FOLLOW A GASTROPARESIS DIET

There is no official diet for Gastroparesis. But you may feel better if you change what you eat and what you eat. Your doctor may refer you to a registered dietitian. They can help you figure out which foods work best. Here are a few tips.

 

HOW TO MAKE A HEALTHY EAT

 

The goal is to stay safe with your diet.

 

EAT LITTLE FOOD

 

 Try to separate your diet. And eat every day 4-5 times a day. Your stomach may swell a little, and it will come out quickly. If you do not invest too much in it. And a little food. About 1-2 cups of food.

 

EAT HEALTHY AND REMAIN HAPPY

 

 

 

It is not a good idea to fill your stomach with junk food and snacks. And especially do not eat fast food.

 

INCLUDE YOUR FOOD MANY TIMES

 

Liquid foods leave your stomach faster than solid foods, throwing your food processor with water, juice, milk etc. And you can also combine reunions, like fish and sheep.

 

EAT Fiber AND FAT

 

 This can delay a miscarriage. You may feel OK if you stay under 2-3 grams of fiber per meal. You may need to try to keep your fat between 30 and 50 grams or less a day.

 

ADD CLOTHES TO GOOD OILS

 

 

 

Your stomach may work better with liquid fats. That is good news if you need extra calories.

 

GET YOUR FOOD BLESSED

 

Solid food is difficult for your stomach to digest. Your diet should feel like mashed potatoes before swallowing.

 

STAY HIDDEN

 

Drink plenty of water and other fluids daily. Dehydration can make your nausea worse. If you are vomiting too much, your doctor may tell you to drink sports drinks or other sugary foods or electrolytes.

 

EAT FOOD FIRST

 

 

 

Try solid foods in the morning, and eat extra liquid later in the day. If your symptoms are severe, your doctor may suggest that you take a high-fat diet.

 

VERY MUCH WHAT YOU SHOULD AVOID

 

LOT OF FIRE

 

You will want to cut down on fatty foods. That includes lean meat (sausages, hot dogs) and anything fried or fatty. Try low-fat, low-fat, or reduced diets.

 

HIGH FOOD Fiber

 

Some fruits and vegetables can be difficult to chew. It can also cause bezoar formation - this is where the fiber meets. You may end up trapped in the stomach. Some experts say that it is like a cat with a ball. Some high-fiber foods you may want to skip.

 

 

 

1. Raw and dried fruits such as apples, berries, coconuts, figs, oranges

 

2. Raw vegetables such as Brussels sprouts, corn, green beans, lettuce, and potato skins.

 

3. Whole grains.

 

4. Peanuts and seeds (including chunky peanut butter and popcorn)

 

5. Dried vegetables or beans such as sorghum, soybeans, or baked beans.

 

FOOD AND DRINK

 

You will need to try different foods to see what works for you. But your doctor might suggest.

 

Starch:

 

1. white pasta

 

2. white bread

 

 

 

3. English muffins crackers, white

 

protein:

 

1. Chicken

 

2. Fish

 

3. Stove

 

4. Fatty meat (beef or pork)

 

5. Smooth nut or seed butter

 

Fruits:

 

1. bananas

 

2. Grapefruit

 

3. Pears

 

Vegetables:

 

1. Carrots

 

2. Izucchini

 

3. Squash

 

4. pepper

 

5. Sweet or white potatoes, peeled

 

SOME TIPS

 

DETERMINE: Do not play or sleep while eating. Try to stay upright for at least 1-3 hours after you finish. This can reduce the pressure on your stomach.

 

GO

 

 Your symptoms may be better if you just walk or walk after a meal.
