Anaerobic strength is part of general strength, consisting of at least two other important factors: aerobic strength (cardio-vascular resistance) and joint mobility. Speed and skill are natural traits and are not closely related to the state of health - which is a major concern for fitness, which aims to keep the body in good shape. The purpose of anaerobic training programs is to improve strength, stamina, or muscle mass. There are cases where it is only intended to strengthen the muscles or muscles. A typical example of this scenario is given in a class-based sport, in which strength tests are performed (with restrictions on exceeding a certain weight limit). The increase in muscle mass determines the increase in strength and strengthens the skeletal muscles. In this regard, fitness programs are very similar to bodybuilding training,
without being followed by dramatic but dangerous body-building changes. The purpose of anaerobic fitness is to balance, balance, and keep pace with the development of all muscles without compromising their performance. This latter view is important in clearly distinguishing strength and tendency, often narcissistic, expressed by bodybuilders. An athlete wants to know and be able to do something with his muscles, in addition to showing off in competitions or sometimes with various venues (disco, swimming pool, clubs, etc.). One of the most important indicators of anaerobic exercise training is the use of standard programs, in which all or almost all of the muscles are exercised at one time of training. In bodybuilding, the systems are divided, and the training is always focused on one, two, or three sides; while exercising one, training may focus on a specific area but does not include other muscles, which will benefit, directly or indirectly, from a single exercise for each muscle group. In this way, the plans are not too long;
They took an average of one hour and fifteen minutes; therefore the catabolic faze is avoided; this usually occurs during very long training periods (two hours or more). Another way to reduce training time is to create a large series of exercises aimed at training two opposing muscle groups (chest and back or biceps and triceps, etc.). Therefore, in each muscle group should be performed a series of exercises, without a break in the middle; a break is only taken at the end of this double effort. These programs may contain a three-fold series or a larger series (more than three tests in a row). Training strength can be greatly increased: many muscles can be trained in a short period of time. The weekly training frequency remains the same (three times); therefore, the aerobic phase can be covered for free days. If it is possible only three or two times a week, mixed programs can be accepted: after strenuous exercise,
which is done regularly at the beginning of the session; 15-20 minutes of fitness exercises are included in the two-stage measurement (anaerobic and aerobic). In this case, too, the training should not take more than an hour and a half; otherwise a phase of participatory processes is initiated - a phase in which the muscles 'perform' on their own. Anaerobic strength is recommended for all somatic types, with some variation in training conditions. In the case of ectomorphic and mesomorphic species, the whole series (3 or 4) formed on the same machine should be eliminated, and the machine and the group of trained tissues should be converted simultaneously. This program is also called 'workshop training.' In the case of endomorphic type (obesity),
regional training is preferred: the trained muscle group is changed after the whole series, and the whole region should be tripled or tripled. This type of training consumes a lot of calories because the aerobic component is introduced with no breaks between series and slightly increases heart frequency. Growth in muscle mass with firmness systems cannot exceed one category of weight (5-6 kg), but it does not measure other movement limits.
