Dharma can be considered the opposite of Raja. Tamarac's energy is associated with states of inactivity and inertia, heaviness, and darkness. When the tames are unbalanced, their reasoning ability is clouded. And you may experience dark emotions like anger or greed. Just as there is more king energy during the day. Tamarac's energy was also present at night. People with a lot of Tamarac may be depressed or appear lethargic.

Sativa is an energy that is in harmony and balance. The mental and emotional state of happiness and intelligence is related to Sativa. Satyric energy is most present in the period between light and dark, in other words, dusk, and dawn.
