When you have no energy, you can't do anything. You feel down and that is very common to experience whether you are retired or quite a young person. This weakness or  lack of vitality is  such a limitation that it can make easy things difficult for you. It can cripple you normal adaptivity as well as your special preferences. And it is important to know that the more time you'll stay in this condition, the more it will master you and will come with newer complications. And that is really challenging to break through. Exhaustion, fatigue or tiredness is sometimes caused by a purely physical weakness while other times it is related to your mental health. Nutrition is fundamental to our health. If you are getting complete nutrition you will not suffer from any deficiency of it and this is sometimes the real cause of your exhaustion. There are also some cases where complicated mental health issues like anxiety and mood swings are traced back to people's dietary habits and these habits play atleast a part in every case.

Exercise

All of us know that exercise is good for us. Give it the required time and determination for a remarkable improvement. Some special things about exercise are that it gives you energy directly as well as improves your sleep, mood and memory all of which in turn makes you more resistant to stress and fatigue. Brisk walking, running, swimming and aerobic exercises are among the best.

 

 

Have A Good Sleep

Sleep is also one of the essentials for a good health. While sleep deprivation can lead to many complications, noticed or unnoticed. The night you stay awake  follows the day. The night you stay awake follows the day you spend drowsing.In our body we have circadian rhythms that stabilize our mood and energy and these patterns are stabilized through a regular, timely sleep. So you must take sufficient  sleep each night on a regular schedule.

 Minimize your caffeine intake 

 Go to bed a little later and wake up a little earlier. This may help you avoid floating restlessly on the bed.

 

 

Engage yourself 

Sometimes boredom is on the upper hand. You feel dull and passive and this state of boredom is sometimes equivalent to being highly depressed where you can't conceive of a real enjoyment. Most of your time is wasted in things, you yourself think, are gross and boring. While you desperately long for things that are engaging and valuable in the real sense of the words. In this scenario, you will need some changes in your lifestyle. Firstly, you must have to do something everyday that keeps you engaged. In the beginning it may seem like a sensation that is neither too entertaining like a quick impulse to scroll on social media, nor too vain like the end of it. It will be just more curious and doing it in a progressive and challenging way will accompany excitement and positive emotion. It is upto you, what you can make out of it.
