How to eat a fun cake in the winter?

Winter:
The word winter is a very comforting word to me. Pronouncing the word winter is like feeling peace, just like pronouncing the word warm is like feeling warmth.
I feel more comfortable in summer than in winter. A variety of fruits and vegetables are available during the winter.
In winter, we also make different types of cakes.
The fun of eating on the back while talking to family members is different. I am writing some recipes on how to make it on the back this winter.
Boiled rice powder puli:
First you have to wash 1 kg of rice in a pot and then soak it in water for 7-8 hours. Then take it out of the water and make rice powder with a mixer machine. Then fry the rice powder well in a pan. Then boil it well with 1 mug of water in a separate pot and make a dough by mixing it well with the fried rice powder and leave it for a while.
Then fry a coconut in a pan and pour it in a pan, stir well with 4-5 cups of sugar and when it turns red, put it down.
Then you can take the rice powder in your hand and roll it into a thin loaf of bread and shape it into a waxy shape with the coconut puree in it or you can shape it as you wish.
Then put 26 mugs of water in a large pot. Then the lower part of another bone should be cut into small holes. Cover the cracked pot over the pot of boiling water for a while and soak a clean cloth in water in the middle and turn the middle of the pot around.
Then cover the back of the coconut with the pot and keep it for a while. Leave it for about 20-30 minutes, open the lid and insert a stick to see if the cake is cooked. If there is nothing stuck in the stick, then it should be understood that the cake is cooked.
Then take down the boiled puli 6 of coconut from the pot.
The fun of eating hot cakes in winter is different.
Now we will make another fun cake with coconut. Whose name is Patisapta of Coconut
Coconut Patisapta:
First mix 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of pre-soaked semolina, amount of sugar or molasses, amount of salt, 3 cups of rice powder in a bowl and leave it for 30 minutes.
Then fry the coconut like before and pour it in the pan, stir it well with sugar and take it down when it turns red.
Then heat the oil in a frying pan with a little oil.
In this way, make the patisapata of pure coconut.
I like to eat patisapata.
You will try this recipe at least once at home.
There are more fun recipes like this. Such as milk puli, malpawa and many more cakes.
We who are Bengali people are very fond of food, when it comes to food we can no longer control ourselves. Everyone knows that Bengalis love to cook and eat delicious food.
We also have different types of festivals here with Puli on the back. The festival is Milon Mela, where people of all religions gather. We have in our national anthem that "one nation is one soul". We do not differentiate between any nation in India. We all live together.
In the same way, people of all religions come together and take part in the festival of Puli on the back.
