10 Ways To Make Money On YouTube (In 2021)

If you haven’t heard of these 10 methods, then we’re not going to try to convince you of them. We’ve compiled this list for you to browse. The first thing you should do is to read through the tips on our blog and follow them. You’ll find out about 9 of those methods which are most popular. I recommend only following those that are proven to work in your area of knowledge.

1. Become A Photographer

There are lots of types of photography. If you already have a camera, or if you love pictures, this might be easy for you, but the first step to making money is to take a photo and upload your photos. Be as creative as possible and shoot your photos in different places, such as your home, park, car, etc. You want to create lots of pictures so you can promote them via Instagram and Google AdSense. Once your images get enough traction on social media, you can ask friends to purchase you some stock and put them onto your portfolio. This is called an “Instagram model” because once someone buys your photographs, they can pay up to $3 per image. When you upload your photographs, they become yours, and now you decide when to share them. After all, this is a business, so you want to grow as much of an audience as possible. This only takes time and effort so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t start right away.

2. Become An Influencer

If you already have great followers on Instagram or Twitter, or maybe even Facebook, it might seem straight-forward to become an influencer. But how does one become an online influencer? Well, like everything else in life, becoming an online influencer isn’t just hard, it’s very time-consuming! As we said before, your account only earns you money if you post frequently and consistently about topics related to yours. Which brings us to…

3. Sell Your Photos

There are many methods where you can sell your images online. For instance, I can show you how to use two of my old photos and you tell me what sells them. Some people will buy your photos (on sale) and others won’t and instead show you who bought them. Again, most pictures sell well once they’re shared on social media so selling photos can mean you’re earning a lot of cash. Even though you would never need to actually sell any of your photos, you could still get people to pay for them if you put their name on them. It’s a big opportunity and one that you can take advantage of with a strategy like this one.

4. Create Videos That People Want To Watch

I know that we’ve talked about creating viral videos. Creating viral videos can make you a lot of money but it’s also very difficult. Because your videos aren’t live, people will often search for them, watch them, and tell other people about them. There’s no way that anyone can see your images and never once come back to you. So, making videos that will interest viewers is a win-win situation. Get creative. Use your footage to create memes, talk about politics, and do whatever works best for you! While a large part of being successful with YouTube comes down to having a large following on other social sites, it also depends on finding interesting content, especially in niche areas. And now you just launched your own website! What more incentive do we have to write more content for people on a regular basis?

5. Start Making Sponsored Video Ads

A sponsored video is a type of ad for brand products that I’ve used to make money from as a student myself. These ads can start at around $25 and can go up to hundreds of dollars. Think about the amount of money you can produce by doing something that’s almost impossible. Yes, it’s a long process but it’s definitely worth it. Getting these kinds of ads is definitely something that helps you build an online reputation as an authority on your topic. Don’t give up!

6. Join Paid Advertising Networks

There are plenty of paid advertising networks that allow you to display ads on their site. My advice would be: look into them and join them if it helps you get started! Some of the larger ones include Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and Bingo. All of this has been done extremely well and is something you can benefit from now that you’re a better person. Having this exposure through paid advertising can make you well-known among potential customers and help you monetize your blog.

7. Run Your Own Podcast Network

One of the easier jobs to get into it, running a podcast network? Yep! Nowadays a lot of podcasters make money doing exactly what you did – starting a podcast network. A major difference between podcasts and traditional radio shows is that in podcasts there is no host – you instead create your own podcast and promote it in an organic way. With the internet, you create your own podcast from scratch, then promote that podcast on your blog and social media platforms. One of the key points here is that podcasts are different than radio and traditional television shows. They typically have a limited number of contestants and have a specific focus. But, there’s nothing wrong with that, and it makes them a great way to generate income if you’re looking to expand. You’ve got to do a bit of research on podcasts and start listening to them. Listen to what’s the most popular and catchy topic, then go to the next time you’ll listen to it and try to develop your own style as a writer. This will ultimately lead to more money as it means less effort, and more opportunities for growth for your network.

8. Become A Freelancer

This is certainly one of the hardest jobs to get into. You’re not only competing against thousands of other freelancers but you’re also competing against yourself. The truth is that it doesn’t really matter what kind of freelancing you choose, as long as you’re determined to succeed. Many freelance writers look for writing advice but also to make money off of it, so don’t worry if you aren’t. Still, here are 7 different ways you can make money with freelancing.

9. Sign Up As A Writer

If you had to pick one of the easiest ways to make money with blogging, then it’s as simple as telling a random stranger what you need and asking them to send you their resume. This process isn’t too complicated but it sounds so easy, so why haven’t I tried doing it already?! It’s basically pretty straightforward. Everyone knows about it anyway so why not go ahead and sign up? Why not get someone from within your network and ask them for a bit of work and see if they need anything? Find out if anybody else needs something done and if they’d be interested in helping.

10. Start Off In Amazon FBA

Have you ever wondered whether Amazon FBA is a legit business, or is it? Well, honestly, it’s really simple if you know what it is. If you want to start building a steady stream of passive income, then FBA can help. First off, let me say that this is, without a doubt, a good idea, and you shouldn’t be afraid of taking risks. Not everyone will agree with this option, but it’s a great way to get into writing and make some extra cash fast. Obviously, you want to start doing this slowly, but there’s always room for growth. If you work at a website like ours, getting noticed is important. So, if you invest time in growing your email list on Medium then you could see results. Just remember to be patient and enjoy each new project you do. It won’t happen overnight, so keep pouring your heart out and you’ll soon realize that you’re doing it right!

To wrap things up, when you think that someone told you what to do, ask them for suggestions. If you feel unsure, go online and ask others. Do some research and start watching YouTube tutorials. Experiment. And then go for it!

You might have thought these tips were crazy and they didn’t seem viable to you. However, like we’ve mentioned above, there are a lot of options available to you. Take it slow and trust, I’m sure that’s what will get you there!
