HOW TO EARN 45$ TO 90$ PER MONTH BY MAKING CALLS FROM HOME?

Customer gain or customer retention?

If you are in business, which of the above do you find easier?

 Of course, retaining existing customers.

Because what should be better?

CUSTOMER RETENTION IS EASY

  • Either you don't have to tell them anew about your product/service.

  • They are happy with your products or services before, so they come back to you.

  • The time and money it takes to win the trust of a new customer is at least five times the cost of buying back an old customer. Because in the end, we sell that trust, and it's never that cheap.

  • It is accepted that new establishments have to spend to get new customers, but once a customer is found, it is up to you to do anything to sustain it.

  • Many establishments that are four to five years old still follow new customers and unknowingly ignore old customers.

  • This does not mean that you should not try to get new customers, but getting new customers and retaining old customers should go hand in hand.

CUSTOMER’S TRUST

  • As you may know, the word of mouth of your business, which is made by your old customers, does not fit into any of the advertising methods you use. People end up trusting you. And it is up to us to maintain that faith. Acquiring the trust of new customers is relatively more difficult.

  • When an establishment's business starts to decline, it is important to understand that your old customer is going back or they are upset somewhere.

WHY OLD CUSTOMERS MAY BE UPSET

Here are some reasons why old customers may be upset

CONSIDERING CUSTOMERS

If you start treating your old customer with a "neighborhood disobedience" judgment and see any copy of the product or service hitting him in the neck, then that customer will feel bad and may return.

PRICE

If you don't give any discount to your old customer, every time the price goes up, sir, they have many options in the market. So even they can leave you.

PERSONAL CONTACT

Generally, if a customer has a problem, they expect someone to solve it on your behalf. See for yourself only when there is a customer; press one for Hindi, press two for Marathi, etc. If it starts, you also get annoyed. The customer expects me to work on a phone. This is not possible when there are many customers, but when your business is new, you should always be ready to pick up the customer's phone and solve the problem immediately.

STRICT USE OF RULES

Each establishment has its own set of rules, such as changing a product or offering an extra service to a customer. But if your customer is old, there should be no problem providing extra service to a customer at some point as an exception to the rule. This small act of yours increases his respect for you to a great extent, and he goes everywhere telling you about how you have given him extra service. What's the point of this too? So there is no need to put the finger on the rules every time because the rules are made for people, not people for rules.

MAINTAIN EXISTING CUSTOMERS

So how can the existing customer be maintained?

ALWAYS STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER

If the customer has purchased a product or service from you, get their feedback and let them know by phone if any of your new service or product is coming into the market.

PERSONAL CONTACT

If possible, record their birthday and wedding date, and don't miss out on that day; WhatsApp the photo of their birthday with your advertisement. Don't forget to send them greetings on every religious and national holiday.

KEEP LISTENING

Call them sometime in the future and ask them how they can improve your product or service. In the end, it's up to you to decide whether or not to implement the changes they suggest, but it does the customer well.
