Step 1:

 I'll start by drawing a big circle at the top of our sheet of paper. Try not to draw a circle that is exactly flat. It will be nice if you draw this without the supplementary tools.

Step 2:

Let's sketch some slanted lines to symbolise the hairstyle's base. Any shape of hairstyle can be drawn. This is a smooth line with an acute angle in our situation.

Step 3:
