How to do Organic Facial at Home

Using ingredients from the kitchen, perform a facial at home

It is crucial to occasionally allow the skin to breathe because we constantly slather it with cosmetics and beauty products. On the weekends, I indulge in various hair and skin treatments as well as facials to soothe my skin. Facials at a salon are the perfect form of pampering because they allow you to unwind and let your skin soak up the heavens. However, routinely having regular facials performed in a parlor can also burn a significant hole in your wallet. I therefore frequently perform facials at home while switching between kits and supplies. I use only natural ingredients from my kitchen cabinet. Here, I'm going to tell everyone what I did in weekend and how amazingly it worked!

Below is a list of every ingredient I used throughout the entire procedure. In our kitchen, these essential components are frequently left unused. Depending on what suits you the most, you can replace these with a variety of options from your cabinet. When employing natural components, it is preferable to have products that have been cultivated and processed in an organic manner. Because using naturally grown food that is chemically laced is pointless.

Then let's get going! Play a background melody that you find pleasant. My mood is impulsively buzzed by this and becomes calmer. To stop your hair from falling on your face, tie it back and secure it with a hairband. Start by washing your hands and face. Use makeup remover to take off any makeup.

For Cleanser, you need:

One tablespoon of ripe tomato paste

Fresh milk, one tablespoon

Lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon

Rice flour, 1 teaspoon

Process:

1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Do this to your face. You can also apply the paste on your face using a piece of tomato.

3. Lightly rub the paste.

4. After one minute, wash it off with warm water. The skin is left immaculately clean after using this paste, and your skin will appear slightly brighter.

Scrub:

We next proceed to the exfoliation phase. Use this fantastic scrub to remove any dead skin.

You'll need: Warm Water, Olive Oil, Sugar and Ground Coffee.

Process:

1. Combine two portions of ground coffee, one portion of sugar, and half a portion of olive oil.

2. Add a few drops of warm water to the ingredients and thoroughly combine.

3. Use your fingertip to gently massage the scrub all over your face for a few minutes.

4. Use warm water to wash your face.

Steam:

Use a facial steamer or a gas stove to boil some water to steam your face. Opening pores with steam is beneficial.

Green tea water steamer or container is required.

Process:

1. Place a few green tea leaves in a steamer or boiling water.

2. To prevent any tingles while inhaling steam, keep your face at a safe distance.

3. Rather than directly steaming your face, cover it with a hot towel.

Facial mask:

Applying a face mask is the next step because your pores are now open. The following components can be used to make a quick face mask. The most delicious pack I've ever used is this one.

You'll need 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon fresh Malay, and 2 teaspoons oats.

Process:

1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Apply to your entire face.

3. After 15 minutes, remove it and wash your face with cold water.

Moisturizing and Toning:

You'll need: Olive oil and green tea water, Cotton pads and aloe vera gel.

Process:

1. Apply the strained green tea water to the skin using a cotton pad to tone the skin.

2. Apply a few drops of a mixture of olive oil and aloe vera gel to your face.

3. Next, use circular motions to gently massage the face for 5 to 10 minutes.

4. To keep your skin moisturized, allow the oil and gel to absorb into your skin.

Lip exfoliation:

You need a baby toothbrush and ghee for lip exfoliation.

Process:

1. To remove any dead skin, gently brush your lips with a baby toothbrush.

2. Use ghee to coat your lips. For dry lips, you can also rub some ghee on your navel area.

We're done now! Your skin will be eternally appreciative.

Be stunning!
