Experts cited India's solid macroeconomic foundation, political stability as a result of the BJP's recent electoral victories in three key states, and positive corporate earnings

NSE's futures and options turnover has doubled due to a surge in retail trading.
Currently, almost 25% of the average daily turnover in derivatives is made up of retail investors. In 2023, about 8 million individual investors engaged in trading within this segment.

According to data compiled by Bloomberg, it stood at $5.04 trillion on Tuesday based on the 10-Day Moving Average, up from $2.5 trillion at the end of 2022.
