How to develope your personality

It's important to embrace every aspect of who you are, including your preferences, dislikes, and temperament. Your individuality conveys to the world your worth and is what makes you interesting to know. 

You might, however, occasionally find yourself dissatisfied with particular aspects of your personality. Perhaps you rush to fulfill deadlines at work because of your relaxed disposition. Perhaps you don't network professionally because you're not as gregarious as you would like to be. 

It's not a sign of weakness to want to improve a quality in oneself. On the contrary, it signifies that you understand that improving yourself requires effort. Making the necessary effort is a sign of self-love.

  • Every day, read something. Gaining more knowledge is another way to enhance your personality. Open a novel and read a chapter or two, or read a few articles on your phone to stay up to date on the news. This will help you think more clearly and provide conversation starters for you and other people.[2] Form viewpoints on significant matters. Start forming your own ideas about the current happenings of the day based on what you have read. It's possible that people will be discussing the topic around you shortly, so you should be prepared with some arguments of your own. Make sure to present your arguments with elegance and reason.[3]

  • Make new friends. Developing new relationships can improve your social skills and help you learn more about other people. To develop into a more well-rounded person, try making friends with people who aren't like you.[6]
    To make new friends, you could visit a church, join a club at school, or look for a group based on your hobbies, like a book club.
