How to deal With Dandruff

YOUR CAUSES

Although the cause of dandruff is not fully understood, it is currently said to be one of the main causes of degeneration of the natural scalp of the lipid barrier, leaving much to be seen with the small amount of yeast infection commonly found on the skin. As the yeast grows, it leads to a revolt that kills the scalp cells in large quantities, and they gradually form into sticky patches and flakes.
 The condition is identified as:
 - White or clear spots on the head, hair and clothes.
 - Red and itchy skin.
Some teens find that they develop acne when they reach puberty because their hygiene habits have not changed to meet the challenges of rapid sebum production.
Depression, poor hygiene, and poor nutrition can make scalp sick. High-sugar foods are known to increase yeast infections.
Hair should be mixed regularly to release flakes and promote blood supply to the skin, which will speed up the natural immune response.
 NATIONAL TREATMENT
There are a few practices you can develop as well as natural remedies that you can use to treat dandruff.
Nutrition: Excess sugar in the diet can exacerbate any yeast infection. Try to cut down on sugary foods and refined starch while treating baldness.
Cleansing: Wash your head thoroughly with your hands while washing your hair. This will help release and remove any flakes of the dead skin and help prevent the infection from continuing. Wash your hair daily until the infection is gone.
Conditioning: Use a hair conditioner that protects the hair at the ends of the hair only. Avoid applying conditioner to your scalp as it may clog pores and interfere with skin cooling.
 Alternative therapies:
 - Massage: Rubbing your scalp several times a day with only finger pads will stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles and help release dead skin bumps.
 - Brushing: Brushing your hair well every day will help to loosen and remove flakes of dead skin, increase the smooth flow of sebum near the hair follicles, and increase blood flow to the hair follicles.
 - Wash Hands After Brushing and Hairdressing: Fungal infections are highly contagious, and are easy to infect and spread to other parts of the body. This is why it is important to wash your hair daily and to brush away any loose dandruff rashes - so that the healthy areas of the scalp do not become infected. Washing your hands after brushing, rubbing and straightening your hair will also help prevent other diseases or ailments.
