How to deal with dandruff

PERSONAL CAUSES

Although the cause of dandruff is not fully understood, it is currently said to be one of the main causes of degeneration of the natural scalp of the lipid barrier, making it easier to become infected with the less common yeast found in the skin. As the yeast grows, it leads to an infection reaction that kills the scalp cells in large numbers, which in turn slowly form into sticky patches and flakes.

The condition is identified as:

- White or clear spots on the head, hair and clothes.

- Itchy skin that becomes red

Some teenagers find  out that they develop acne when they start puberty because their habits regarding hygiene has not changed at all to meet the challenges of faster sebum production.

Depression, poor hygiene, and poor nutrition can make scalp more harmed to illness. High-sugar foods are known to increase infection related to yeast.

Hair should be mixed regularly to release flakes and promote blood supply to the skin, which will speed up the immune response naturally.

TREATMENT OF RACE

There are a few habits you can develop and natural remedies you can use to treat dandruff.

Nutrition: Excess sugar in the diet can enhanced any yeast infection. Try to mitigate the food in which sugar element is present and refined starch while treating baldness.

Cleansing: When you are washing your hair, try to wash your hair with hands. This will help release and remove any flakes of dead skin and help prevent the infection from growing rapidly. Wash your hair daily until the infection is completely removed.

Conditioning: Use a  hair conditioner at the ends of the hair. Avoid getting a conditioner on your head where it  interferes with skin cooling and causes infection.

Alternative Therapies:

- Massage: Rubbing your scalp several times a day with only finger pads will stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles and help release dead skin bumps.

- Brushing: Brushing your hair well every day will help to loosen and remove flakes of dead skin, increase the smooth flow of sebum near the hair shaft, and increase blood flow to the hair follicles.

- Wash Hands After Brushing Hair: Skin fungal infections are highly contagious, and are easy to re-infect and spread to other parts of the body. This is why it is essential to wash your hair daily and to brush away any loose dandruff flakes - so that healthy areas of the scalp do not become infected.  Remember to wash your hands after brushing, rubbing and straightening your hair will also help prevent further infections
