PERSONAL CAUSES
Although the cause of dandruff is not fully understood, it is currently said to be one of the main causes of degeneration of the natural scalp of the lipid barrier, which leaves much to be seen with a small amount of yeast infection commonly found on the skin. As the yeast grows, it leads to an inflammation which kills the scalp cells in large numbers, which in turn slowly form into sticky patches and flakes.
The condition is identified as:
- White or clear spots on the head, hair and clothes.
- Itchy skin that is red and swollen.
Some adolescents find that they got acne when they start puberty because their hygiene habits have not changed to meet the challenges of faster sebum production.
Depression, poor hygiene, and poor diet can make scalp more susceptible to illness. High-sugar containing foods are especially known to increase yeast infections.
Hair should be mixed regularly to get rid of flakes and promote good blood supply to the skin, which will speed up the natural immune response.
TREATMENT OF RACE
There are a few habits you can develop and natural remedies you can use to treat dandruff.
Nutrition: Excess sugar in the diet can exacerbate any fungal infection. Try to cut down your intake of sugar and refined starch while getting treatment of baldness.
Cleansing: Wash your head thoroughly with your hands while washing your hair. This will help to release and remove flakes of dead skin cells and help prevent the infection from continuing. Wash your hair everyday until you get rid of infection.
Conditioning: Use a protective hair conditioner at the ends of the hair only. Avoid using a conditioner on your head where it can clog pores and interfere with skin cooling.
Alternative Therapies:
- Massage: Rubbing your scalp several times a day with only finger pads will stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles and help release dead skin bumps.
- Brushing: Brushing your hair well daily will help release and remove dead skin flakes, increase the smooth flow of sebum near the hair shaft, and increase blood flow to the hair follicles.
- Wash Hands After Brushing and Grooming Hair: Skin fungal infections are highly contagious, and can be spread easily or it can re-infect to other parts of the body. This is why it is important to rinse your hair daily and to brush away any loose dandruff flakes - so that healthy areas of the scalp do not become infected again. Wash your hands after brushing, rubbing and straightening your hair will also help to prevent infections.
