How To Deal With A Heart Break - Mental Health

How to deal with a Heart Break

If you are also heartbroken and do not know how to overcome the pain of separation from the one whom you loved the most, then you are in the right place.

Here I will talk about how to deal with the emotions and negative thoughts when it comes to heartbreak which can be because of family problems, loneliness, misunderstandings, domestic violence, broken friendships, break up, divorce, death of a loved one, or any other similar reason which can shatter any heart into million pieces.

Some people even get suicidal when they can't handle their own self and feel lost as they will never laugh again.
So it is important to understand how to deal with these problems and get back to a normal life.

But before you read ahead, imagine you are the only single one in this whole world, crying at night all alone, feeling depressed, feeling lost, and thinking no one is by your side. You can't handle your emotions that are bubbling up and about to burst, but you are still acting normal as nothing happened. Scary right!?
So I want to congratulate you that you are not the only one! Your condition is much better.

Fake smiles are everywhere. No one is so perfect that they never cried. It happens with thousands of people every day.!

But now, if you were facing the problems and decided to find a solution, you are already halfway there, where your happiness is waiting only for you.

Below are some easy steps which will help you to solve your problems:

Step1: Acceptance

The very first thing is acceptance. Accept and free yourself from all the Whys and Hows. This is one of the most difficult steps. But trust me, this is where the actual problem lies.
If someone is not accepting that a particular event can happen to them, then that person is only adding more burden to their life.

Even Lord Shree Krishna got separated from her most beloved Shree Radha Rani, his mother, his father, his loving friends, and his whole village when he knew that they were not their actual parents. He was separated from his actual parents during the night he was born.

Lord Rama also got separated from his father, mothers, brothers, and even when he was a king, he spent 14 years of his life in the village where his wife Sita got kidnapped, and he was separated from her. And after few years again, he got separated from his wife and both the sons.

And how can we forget when Lord Shiva got separated from Sati

Your life is much better than God himself!

This is a way of life, so be thankful and accept your reality.

2. Forgiveness

Even if someone hurts you really badly, forgive them and don't let hatred stay in your heart. Be kind to every single soul, be forgiving. Spread unconditional love. This will raise your vibrations, and you will become high vibrational, which will eventually heal your heart and also the heart of the collective.
And of course, be careful when you deal with them the next time. Now you know who they are.

3. Listening to others

After a Heart Break, you should become more wise and humble, not a hard-core person. Now you can understand what others are going through. For example, If your loved one has passed away, you know how much care the other person needs who is also suffering from the same trauma. Now you can help them heal.
Healing others will ultimately heal you, make you feel better, alive and proud.
And don't ask for a listener in return. Just be one! This will make you a powerful soul.

4. Spirituality/Religion

After suffering from a lot of pain, what your soul needs the most is the right knowledge.
Wisdom is the only medicine that can completely heal emotional pain and change your life for the better.
Even Buddha left his home to find the answers to why there is suffering in this world and how to end suffering. Then after meditating for years, when he got enlightenment, all his doubts were cleared, and his teachings helped many people follow the right path in their lives.
The right knowledge or wisdom purifies the soul, and you will be free from all the sufferings and problems.
Not only wisdom liberates a person, but it makes a person much stronger than before.

5. Take your time

It is normal if you are taking longer to get healed. Forcing things to get faster will only make it more miserable. Don't think you are weak.
Because when people try to escape faster from the troubles than most of the time, they get more troubled because of addictions, and if not addictions, they can't figure out if they are healed or not; waves of different emotions keep disturbing them. So it is better to go slow with the process.

So these were some easy and simple methods that will help you deal with a Heart Break and overcome the emotional pain.
If things are getting serious, then make sure to consult a professional, but don't take your mental health lightly.
