Mucus is rich in enzymes, proteins, and cells.  Naturally occurring ingredients, when eaten, are easily digested.

But, if you eat cooked, chemical rich foods, it will not be easily digested.  To keep it digestible, the body tissue will produce more mucus.  It, like sweat, comes out as waste.

When an allopathic pill is taken, the mucus builds up in the body, tightens and clots in the lungs.  The viscera keep trying to expel this.

If you have a lot of naturally occurring vegetables, fruits and greens, you will get rid of colds naturally.

If the body is hotter or colder than usual, more mucus will form.

Mucus produced by heat does not pass through the nose;  It stays between the throat and nasal passages, creating a dry cough;  it Will be yellow.  This type of mucus should be expelled only through the mouth.
