How to cure ground stage dengue without medication?

Healthy eatables to cure ground stage Dengue.

This is the post-monsoon season in India. After heavy rains all over India, many urban, suburban, or rural areas face a lot of problems regarding stored rainwater, which may include dumps, drainage, etc. These stored water areas give rise to deadly mosquito diseases such as Dengue, Malaria, Chikungunya, and many more. Many people trap themselves in these fatal diseases. The primary step to be taken against this disease is to stop storing water on the streets and open drainages.

Dengue is a painful mosquito-borne disease. These mosquitoes bite from person to person, increasing the condition at a rapid rate. Dengue mosquitoes usually cannot fly higher than a human's knee, so their bites are generally below the knees. Dengue mosquitoes are in a combination of black and white color. Symptoms usually begin between three to fourteen days after the infection. According to reports, a dengue patient should consume 4-5 liters of water per day.

Symptoms are:

  • Heavy head.
  • High fever.
  • Joints and muscle pain.
  • Rashes.
  • Nausea.
  • Vomiting.
  • Pain in the backside of the eyes.
  • Nose bleed (sensitive case).

Following are some healthy eatables that don't include any medication:
