How to create a successful and professional Upwork profile?

So, smile when taking your photo instead of being serious. Make sure to have a simple background because clients should not look at something else instead of you. Create professional profile overview and titles:

Of course, your profile should be complete But well completed. You need to make sure your profile description is comprehensive and professional. Also, the Profile title should be related to your skills. Writing a profile description even the bad one is not easy without inspiration. So I suggest you get inspiration from successful freelancers.

Add quality portfolio items only:

One more step toward a successful profile is your portfolio. But how can you attract clients with it? You need to be careful when posting your portfolio items. In fact, you need to add only great items and avoid bad ones( Quality is better than quantity when it comes to building a portfolio).

Get suggestions from the Upwork community:

You created a complete profile but not sure that it’s convincing, right? Why not get recommendations from other Upwork users? Yes, The Upwork community… In the Upwork community, you can ask questions and get responses from others users. When you lack some information about the platform, you can find it in the Upwork community.
