STEP 1:

STEP 2:
Fill up the form with your login information.
When you register for a PayPal account, be sure to enter your personal information accurately.
Make sure your account is set up correctly by using the right passport or national ID number at all times. You must use the Chinese version of your name from your national identification document if you are a resident of Mainland China. Pinyin isn't permitted. Using your entire name from your passport is required if you are a non-resident of China's mainland.
Please let us know the desired password and email address. Choose a password that only you know because you'll need it to acet up your new account with a personal email address, bank account, and credit or debit card if you already have a business account set up. If you don't already have a business account, you can also decide to upgrade your personal account to one.
STEP 3:
Expand on your personal profile

Please provide additional information, such your name, birthdate, address, and phone number. Please make sure the information matches that on your passport or national ID, and click the box to agree to our terms and conditions.
STEP 4:
Link your credit or debit Card
In addition to saving you time when you shop online, adding a credit or debit card to your PayPal account protects your purchases and financial information from potential fraud. You can begin purchasing right now by linking your debit or credit cards.
STEP 5:
Check and confirm your email address
We will send you an email to verify your email address after your account is setup. To help you keep track of your purchases, we'll send you an email every time you make a payment.
To confirm your email address in our network, click Confirm Email Address. That's it; your account is now configured and operational.
(Optional) STEP 6:
Verify your cell phone number and confirm via email.
You can boost security by verifying your cell phone number.
