Consume Fruits, Vegetables and Less Fat

 The people who have high blood pressure or are at high risk of high blood pressure, the experts give the following guidelines to them in order to control blood pressure:

  • Eat whole grains, high fibre foods, variety of fruits and vegetables.
  • Include beans, pulses and nuts in your diet. Take an omega-3 diet twice a week.
  • Consume olive oil. • Use to eat chicken and fish skinless.
  • Use Dairy products having low fat.
  • Avoid trans fats, hydrogenated vegetable oils and oils made from animal fats.

Care of Weight and Diet

Excess body weight can lead to an increase in hypertension. With weight loss, blood pressure also stays at a normal level because the heart does not have to work hard to pump blood inside the human body. Proper intake of calories, balanced diet, individual volume, gender and other daily activities affect hypertension.
