How to cook murighanta and musur dal with fish head like Bengali people?

 

 Ingredients:

 First a large fish head (any fish head should be given), rice - one hundred to two hundred grams, potato - two hundred grams, almonds, turmeric, salt, oil, cumin powder, two tablespoons of coriander powder,  Ginger paste-two tablespoons, garlic paste two tablespoons, raw chilli paste two tablespoons, dried chilli powder two tablespoons, bay leaves two to three, crushed dried chillies two to three, hot spice powder one teaspoon, amount of ghee, onion two large  Onion.

 

 Method:

 First, wash the head of the big fish in a container.  Now heat the oil in a pan and stir the fish well with salt and turmeric powder for a while. After 10 minutes, open the lid and when the fish turns red, take it in a pot.  Then cut the potatoes into small pieces and fold them in the oil for a while.  When the potatoes are red and red, you have to pick up a pot. Then wash the rice well. Now let the rice dry in the sun for a while.  You have to take two handfuls of rice with a big fish head.  Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat and fry the washed rice in that oil or ghee for some time then add 1 jug of water.  Then cover it for a while and add salt and turmeric to taste. When the rice is well boiled, take it in a pot.  Then add the fried potatoes and fish, then add oil to the pan and stir well with a bay leaf, cinnamon, dried chilli. After some time, when these ingredients become a little red, add chopped onion.  Once the onion is slightly fried, mix ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, coriander powder, raw chilli paste, dried chilli powder together with a little water in a bowl.  Then take out the spice a little and pour the mixture of potatoes and boiled rice with the head of the fish in a separate pot.  Then keep it covered for some time.  Then open the lid and see if it is a little thicker. If it is a little thicker, take it down in a container.  Pour into a pot and garnish nicely with chopped coriander leaves on top, cut the onion into rounds, cut the lemons into rounds and serve.

 

 

 Musur dal with fish head and Bengalis like it very much.  Musur dal can be cooked in a very simple way with fish head.

 

 Method:

 First wash one cup and two cups of lentils well in a pot. Now put the lentils in a pan and add one mug of water then boil the lentils for 30 minutes.  The head of the fish should be well fried, then when the lentils are well boiled, knead well, then put the fried fish head in it, then add salt, turmeric, zero powder, coriander powder, raw chilli and take it down.  In a container.  Then heat oil in a pan again with oil, add two bay leaves, two dried chillies, stir well, fry well with chopped onion for some time, then put the downed dal in the pan, then boil it a little more and grate it with coriander leaves.  Serve fun food with fish head and lentils.
