Controlling blood pressure is the easiest thing to do, as long as you know the basics. It should do more with your eating and drinking habits. Look in the mirror. Don't just see your face. Look at your whole picture. Your future is dormant. Do you think your body can continue to receive as long as it accepts everything you put into it, without using any thought, just because your favorites love you? Do you know that obese people are more likely to suffer from a stroke? Do you check your weight regularly? When you see a measuring machine that notes a 16-pound increase in oil over a two-month period, why not simply ignore it? It should have shocked you into action. There is little you can do to find out what your weight is now and what your weight should be! You need to be careful about what you eat as it is directly related to your blood pressure. I agree that ‘one must be faithful to salt,’ but this is not true for you. You need to reduce the amount of salt you eat, before your doctor tells you - you are no longer salt! Avoid salty, fried foods. Get a low-fat diet. Two popular remedies, which control high blood pressure, are skim milk and lemon. Take buttermilk regularly. It is suitable for both - low and high blood pressure. Lemon peel works equally well for high blood pressure. Crushed lemon peel can be added to soups and stews or sprinkled on top of your salads. Tell me, have you stopped drinking or are you still thinking about the decision? Once you have made that decision, let me congratulate you. But, if you think you can't do it all at once, cut down on alcohol. Just drink a day. If you are already under the care of your family doctor, please follow their instructions carefully. There should be no drug holidays, and please keep enough stock in advance. If your doctor calls you this Sunday for a check-up, then make sure you get there this Sunday itself and not, the following Monday. Also, the doctor should give you some clues as to what routine you need, such as morning walks, light exercise or simple aerobics. Follow the plan strictly. Your doctor treats hundreds of patients like you every day. You have more practical wisdom about high blood pressure, than you do. Follow his advice and understand his treatment. Regular blood pressure testing is required. You need to have such an arrangement in your home. Your regular checkup charts will greatly assist your doctor in treatment. Allow all members of your family, your wife, and your children to get tested with you, even if they do not have the disease. When you take basic safety precautions such as controlling your diet and exercising properly - put aside all the stress you think and live a normal, relaxed life! Having a healthy body gives you a healthy heart. And for healthy hear you should always keep smile.
