We all treat the situation differently. Some people get angry quickly at certain things. That is their nature. This can be due to heredity, the situation in which they live, and so on. There is nothing wrong with that. But we can do one thing. We can control our anger. Anger management is critical.
How do we control our anger? There are a few ways to do that.
1.Avoid negative individuals and negative situations. They can trigger your anger. It's better to stay away from negative people and negative situations.
2.Move to a quiet place and sit alone when you are angry. If you remain in the same place, you are more likely to get angry.
3.Take a deep breath and count from one to twenty. When you do this, your anger will subside.
4.Drink two glasses of water. You feel better.
5.Understand what makes you angry and try to stop it. People get angry for different reasons. Some people get angry when they hear a lie or if another person is not accepting your opinion. We can't impose our ideas on somebody else.
6.You are more likely to get angry when you are stressed. If anyone comes to talk to you when you are angry, please tell them, “I 'm not in a good mood, and talk to you later.”When you are relaxed, go and talk to him. Tell them that you were stressed so that the other person will understand the reason for doing so.
7.If your mind is not calm, you express the problems in your mind as anger. To find out what problems are bothering you and try to solve them.
8.If someone speaks angrily to you, do not reply to him. In that case, silence is the best reply. If that conversation continues, you are more likely to get angry with each other. So don’t let someone else’s bad behavior control you.
9. Realise that your angry nature causes hatred in those who interact with you. This can affect your family relationships and your work. When we get angry, we call out a lot. We can't take back what we said once. So it should be said only after thinking. Those who say it will forget it, but those who hear it will remember it. Always remember it......Because you are hurting their feelings. We always remember how we felt things...
10.Maintain good mental health. Mental health is essential. We can maintain good mental health by practicing Yoga. You can feel the difference...Our mind also plays a role in controlling our behavior. If the mind is calm, it can think and act properly.
11.If you have faith in God, daily spend some time in prayer. Read religious texts and visit places of worship. You feel positive energy.
12.Excercise regularly. It is good for both mind and body. Exercise controls weight, improves mood, and promotes better sleep.
