Many types of remedies can be done to prevent hair loss, and this problem can be relieved, out of which some home remedies are available. Some medical treatments are available, which can be overcome by adopting them.
1-Massage on the scalp-
The main reason for hair loss is the inability to get blood circulation properly. For this, hair is required to be massaged regularly. For this, mustard oil, sesame oil, and coconut oil can be added by mixing vitamin E and castor oil, which is very useful.
2-Onion Juice -
Sulfur is found in onion juice which gives proper nutrition to the hair due to the antibacterial properties present in the love or fungal infection, which prevents dandruff and hair fall faster. Onion juice is beneficial in increasing hair length.
3- Amla-
Amla is a fruit in which vitamin C is found in abundance. It strengthens hair and prevents hair from becoming prematurely white. Amla is also called natural hair dye.

All the problems related to hair can be got rid of by yoga and meditation. Blood transfusion is done correctly by yoga. Adhomukhasana, Pawanmuktasana, Sarvang asana, Utsrasana, Vajrasana, etc. are reduced hair fall by doing yoga asana.
10- Adequate sleep-
Adequate sleep is essential for the proper growth of hair. Lack of sleep in the current run-of-the-mill lifestyle is the main reason for hair problems. Therefore, 6-8 hours of sleep is necessary to keep hair healthy.
