There are some steps to follow,
1 Take a colorful meal platter every day.
2 Your meal should have at least two to five color vegetables and fruits. e.g, broccoli, cabbage(Purple and white), capsicum(green, yellow, red), greens, etc...
3 Take millet, serials, nuts, berries, sprouts and salads.
4 Take green tea.
5 Take good amount of water. Adults should take at least 3Ltr of water and kids should take at least 1.5Ltr to 2Ltr of water.
6 Take water in any kind of form like juice, water content vegetable salads, green tea, etc...
7 Importantly take good sleep at lest 6 to 8hrs.
8 Take good fat, decent amount of oil intake is very important because it will prevent you from skin dryness.
9 Take vitamin-c rich food that plays a major role in anti-aging process.
10 Some vitamins minimize the appearance and fine lines and wrinkles. This includes, vitamin A, C, K and E, Calcium, Phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium.
11 Papayas is having wide range of antioxidants and helps to fight free radical damage, and it delays signs of aging.
12 Protect your skin from sun every day and take green tea, it contains numerous beneficial components.
13 Dark chocolates increases the blood flow and circulation in the skin, which increase the moisture in the skin. This food is also high in antioxidants and may also aid in reducing inflammation levels in the body. Dark chocolate can be enjoyed by itself or with nuts, such as dark chocolate almonds.
14 Blueberries They have powerful antioxidant properties in them that help fight off free radicals, which may lead to slowing down aging. It is versatile in that you can enjoy them in salads, or even on their own.
15 Avocado is having healthful fats that may be beneficial to skin health and have a lower risk of severe facial skin aging. Avocados also pack the compound's lutein; pigments that can help maintain eye health and reduce risk of macular degeneration due to age.
16 Flaxseeds Hydration is key to helping to ward off wrinkles and keep your skin looking supple and youthful. One study found that participants who supplemented with flaxseed oil experienced a 39% increase in skin hydration after a period of 12 weeks. An improvement in skin roughness and smoothness was also observed from eating this anti-aging food.
17 Salmon Another omega-3 rich food is salmon. The type of omega-3 fat found here, called DHA, is of particular importance to protecting the brain, heart, and eyes from aging. Studies show that people who include DHA in their diets also have lower risks for the main causes of vision loss as we age, including macular degeneration.
18 Legumes Whether they are lentils, chickpeas, split peas, or black, kidney, navy, or pinto beans, legumes are packed with nutrients that support mental health, such as floated, calcium, copper, magnesium, iron, and zinc.
