Story :- There was a very big company which used to do the business of making footwear. The business of that company was going well in its country but now it wanted to internationalize its business and for this the company chose a country but the company wanted to analyze the footwear market there before setting up its plant. So that the business is established properly and for this work the company selected its two best salesmen.
When both of them were called for this work and they were told about this work, the reaction of both the salesmen was something like this.
First salesman:- I am very thankful to God and the company that I have been selected for this work. There is a more experienced and better salesman in the company than me, but if the company has selected me, then I will work hard on this project.
Second salesman:- I knew that this company itself is useless and its owner is very irritated with me, that is why he has chosen me for such a nonsense project.
Well, one by one both of them were asked to go to that country, then the second one said that he would go first and he left for that country. After traveling for a few days, he reached there and his work was to do footwear market analysis. Then he came to know that no one wears footwear in that country and now he returned back to the company and told the company that the company's business cannot run there because no one there knows about footwear. There is no and the company will remain in loss by going there.
Now the first saleman went to that country for footwear market analysis. After traveling for a few days, he reached there and started doing his work of footwear market analysis, then he also came to know that no one in that country wears footwear and does not even know about it. And now the company came back and told the company that the company's business can do very well there because no one there knows about footwear and the company should go there and start its footwear business in that country.
