How To Bulletproof Your Career

In the not-too-distant future, rising business rates have ensured head office management, a stronger compensation package, and a more secure future. But today, managers are told: Do not sit comfortably in the corner office, and do not buy a brand new car or a dreamboat - because your job is as dangerous as everyone else's. Evidence suggests that the higher the ladder, the higher your risk! Attitudes toward management and the roles they play in companies have changed dramatically in recent years.

The practice also places a responsibility on the advertising and marketing team at all times for the next opportunity - and the one after that!

Jobs Market Trends 2:

Companies are still cautious in making any high-paying hiring decisions, senior management positions. Managers looking for such jobs now have to “sell themselves” more than ever before. They need to show how they can improve the company's productivity, efficiency, and profitability - or maybe they won't get the offer. This means that the job seeker needs to learn how to present and market himself effectively. Having appropriate job qualifications in r person
